Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or working remotely, this home offers comfort and inspiration in equal measure.

Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms feature king beds with luxe linens, ensuring restful nights for up to four guests. The layout is ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together, with two full bathrooms for added convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, cooking basics, and a coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Dine at the table or step out onto your private third-floor balcony for rooftop views and fresh air.

Living & work spaces
Unwind in the stylish living area, catch up on your favorite shows on the TV, or take advantage of the dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi for remote work. In-unit laundry, room-darkening shades, and essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap add to your comfort.

Building amenities
Enjoy access to a courtyard pool, onsite gym with exercise equipment, and free gated parking. The secure, modern building features an elevator and self check-in via keypad for a seamless arrival.

Located in the heart of Bywater, you’re just steps from Crescent Park, acclaimed restaurants like Bacchanal Wine and The Joint, coffee shops, and art studios. The French Quarter is less than two miles away, offering a scenic walk through one of New Orleans’ most vibrant neighborhoods.

Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

We are a 10 minute drive or a 5 minute walk to the bus line to the French Quarter and Downtown! Uber/Lyft ranges from $7-10 to Bourbon St!
*Airport Transportation: We have partnered with a local transportation company to offer black car service to/from the Airport!
*Private garage parking is available.
