• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. The space is a single Condo in a large Condominium building. There is secure off street parking along with an elevator to the third floor where the unit is located. Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be sure to follow city and state laws.
*Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
*Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement to be e-signed followed your booking!**Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.
