Welcome to Toronto!
This condo is a Modern, luxurious 2-bedroom, 2 Washroom (1 Free Parking) centrally located within a 10 minute walk from Union Station, Harbourfront, Rogerâs Centre, Ripleyâs Aquarium, Financial District, Entertainment District, and all tourist attractions!
Youâll have endless options when it comes to fine dining, shopping, and nightlife - with a beautiful view overlooking the CN tower right from the balcony.
Perfect for couples, families and those in town for business.
The space
- Approximately 790 square feet of space.
- High speed internet access.
- Shared building amenities including an Outdoor Rooftop pool, Gym, Cabanas/Lounge Chairs, and BBQ.
- Private balcony with views of the CN tower, lake and city.
- Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests comfortably: 1 Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, and Living Area converts into an additional bed.
- Washer and dryer available in unit with laundry detergent and softener.
- Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher and oven. Stocked with cooking essentials, cutlery and plates/bowls/cups.
- Fully stocked coffee/tea bar with Nespresso (+pods), Drip coffee machines, Hot water kettle, Brita water filter, ground coffee and tea.
- Lined with hotel quality sheets and duvets/pillows for beds with enough towels.
Guest access
- You will have access to the entire unit as well as building amenities. Please make yourself at home!
- There is 1 parking spot available upon request.
- Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key to retrieve packages will not be available for short-term stays less than 3 months.
Other things to note
- Building management will require us to send the Primary guestâs photo ID for registration. Upon arrival, guests are required to show the same ID to the front desk for verification before keys can be provided.
- Bag drop-off is not available however we recommend guests who are arriving early or have a late flight to drop your bags off at the Intercontinental Hotel (225 Front St W - $5CAD/bag), which is steps away from Union station and 5 minute walk from the Airbnb.
-Check in is 4pm or later, and check out is 11am. Extra charges will apply outside of these hours. Please let me know at the time of booking should this apply.
