Adorable, stylish, perfectly located, brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house in downtown Hermann, MO. Located on E 4th Street, you can walk to all of downtown Hermann's bars and restaraunts and wineries or have the Hermann Trolley pick you up at the house and take you everywhere. It will even drop you off at the house when you are done exploring for the day.
This brand new house is perfectly decorated to be your home away from home. There are 3 king sized beds and 1 queen bed upstairs. One of the King bedrooms and the queen bedroom has an en suite full bath, another has an en suite half bath, and there is also a full hallway bathroom. All have comfy memory foam mattresses. There is also a sleeper sofa and half bath on the main level. The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, and utensils you would need to prepare a basic meal along with a coffee bar. Enjoy an evening glass of wine on the deck or watch a movie on the 65 in HD TV.

Base rates are for up to 8 people (2 in each bedroom). There is a $25 per person per night fee for more than 8 people. There is a max of 10 people at the house. Base rates do not include cleaning and sales tax.
