Take a refreshing iced tea out to the private balcony and enjoy watching the pounding surf below or go for a swim in the sparkling on-site pool after a long workout at the facility fitness room or tennis court. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table to share the day's activities. Use the free WiFi to research a new adventure or watch a favorite movie or show on the large flatscreen cable TV. Family cookouts are a blast when you use the shared grill.

This condo is in a perfect location to experience everything Destin offers. If you don't feel like cooking, head to the many restaurants within walking distance. If you bring the kids along, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is just over a mile away, and The Track - Destin is less than three miles away, and both offer endless amusement for the whole family. Just a short drive away, The Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Destin Commons offer plenty of shopping and dining options. Henderson Beach State Park is less than three miles east with a tremendous kid-friendly nature trail, a playground, and a boardwalk.

Things to Know
This vacation rental is located in a construction zone. During working hours, noise will be audible and personnel will be around the complex. Certain amenities, like balconies and parking structures, may be closed or impacted during your stay. The project is slated to conclude in mid-April 2024.
Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included seasonally by Sunset Beach Service.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
