WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS
• Parking: No motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.
• Rental Agreement: Must be 25 to rent. A signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license or ID are required.
• Toiletries: An initial set of toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for additional items during their stay.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
