Located in the tranquil and lush neighborhood of Sanur, the villa is the epitome of authentic Balinese living of high society from a distant past, with modern comfort and distinctive rustic design elements throughout. This gated compound exudes effortless charm from the moment you arrive at the highly ornate door. Tall thatched roof with open plan layout promotes a breezy space with natural light in abundance in all living spaces. Finest antiquities, art pieces feature in every room next to highly intricate wood carving and stonework. There are two main living areas, one on each level. The ground level space opens out to an L-shape courtyard featuring an outdoor swimming pool adjacent to an impressive stoney water fountain. Kitchen and dining room are separate and well spaced out. The lush garden showcases native plants in all its varieties and makes use of natural stones surrounding an outdoor jacuzzi. Mertasari Beach, a local favourite haunt, is 3 minutes short walk. Ubud and Simpang Siur is a close drive away. The latter takes you to Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and the Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Bedrooms

All four bedrooms have double beds, three with en-suite and one with separate bathroom, as well as wardrobe and AC. The two bedrooms on the ground level are located on opposite corners of the courtyard to ensure total privacy. The master bedroom showcases unrivalled rustic luxury with opulent comfort. Both bedrooms on the top floor have their own verandahs, one opens out to a grand loungeroom decorated with captivating works of art and antique furniture overlooking the garden pool. Modern bathrooms and showers are equipped with resort level amenities.

Outdoor Areas

The garden courtyard layout and flora reflects the verdant sceneries of the island with native plants of every foliage, an exquisite water fountain, an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi. Artisanal stoneworks feature throughout the courtyard. The open plan design ensures the beauty of the garden can be enjoyed from every section within the villa.

Indoor Areas

The ground floor features an oversized living room with separate dining room and kitchen, next to the master bedroom. The design is quaint, airy with plenty of natural air, making this the perfect area for hangout whilst waiting for the in-villa chef preparing a feast in the kitchen. The top floor boasts two more bedrooms with balconies showcasing views of the garden and lush surroundings of Sanur.
