ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Locust Lake Village (LLV) is a private gated community that requires a temporary membership fee, which is included in the cleaning fee. This fee includes 10 wristbands (for use of amenities), car passes, and fishing rights (PA fishing license still required)
- It is required to register with the community in order to ensure smooth access to the property and amenities. Completion of registration is required at least 3 days prior to arrival to prevent additional charges. More information will be provided upon booking
- This 2-story cabin requires exterior stairs to enter. While it offers 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the 1st floor, additional interior stairs are required to access the loft and bedrooms on the 2nd floor
- It is recommended to use the pellet stove during the fall and winter months as the mini-splits alone may not properly heat the home. Pellets are provided
- Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit
