Cozy Bear Den sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 beds and 2 large flat-screen televisions. Peaceful Mountain Top Memories. Only 3 blocks to Dollywood and 1 mile to the strip.
We have strived to make this a peace-filled and cozy place to come and stay and enjoy the great beauty God has so blessed us with. We have a lot of extra amenities, to many to list.
This is a wonderful cabin for a family or a couples getaway! The best part of all of this is that the cabin is located so close to everything, practically in your backyard. Set on top of the mountain! In the winter, you can see Parrot Mountain off the front porch. Go and enjoy your day, and come home to a peaceful, cozy home. Perhaps your day will involve hiking, shopping, tubing, or visiting our Great National Park!
We offer a paved driveway with 3 easy steps to access the cabin using an easy keyless entry.
The Front Porch offers you 2 Large Wood Rockers to enjoy your morning coffee.
The master bedroom features a Large Queen bed with a large flat-screen TV with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The adjacent bedroom has a roomy Full bed that sleeps comfortably. Pack and play is available upon request. Shared full 2nd bathroom. We offer a Laundry room area with a full Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen has many extras, including a full set of kitchen supplies for making a great meal for the go or dine-in. Keurig has a starter set to get you started. Bring your favorite K-cups. We have an Air Fryer for fun, fast snacks, and a Ninja Blender if you want to make some amazing drinks to enjoy out on the rocking chairs on the front porch. The dining room table is large enough for a large meal or for enjoying family time playing games together.
The living room features a cozy, comfortable sitting area with a fireplace and a large 50” Flat Screen TV. Free WIFI and cable with firestick options. There are tons of DVDs, books, and games for all ages. Enjoy family time with card games. We also feature an amazing stand-up Arcade.
The back deck has a hot tub and a nice table to enjoy a meal or relax in the quiet woods atmosphere.
The yard is rather large for a cabin. We offer an outside charcoal grill and a picnic table to enjoy with your family. We also have a wonderful firepit to roast some SMORES! We offer some outdoor games to
We do not allow any smoking, vaping, sage, or candle burning in the cabin. We do allow smoking or vaping on the porches.

Location/ Roads / Parking:
This property features a driveway with a gentle incline, making it easily accessible. Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, it is car and motorcycle-friendly, just minutes away from all the attractions along the Pigeon Forge Parkway.

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day

Check-In:
*4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:
*10am - There is NO check out “to do list” for your departure, you are on vacation & you should enjoy it to the last minute without having to do any “chores”.

*On During: October 1st - February 28th
*Off During: March 1st - September 30th

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions.
*Well Water: Most of our cabins are on well water. Well water here in the Smoky Mountains sometimes has a different feel to it and often times a slight sulfur smell and often times has a brown color. Well water is safe to drink and to use for bathing and to cook with. We do have water systems on any cabins that have these issues, but keep in mind that it may smell and feel different than what you are used to. Also, some of our wells take time to recoup themselves after a lot of water has been used. This is a common problem in this area and there are times you may have to use water sparingly or wait for the water pressure to rebuild.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

Cancellation Policy:
*$50 fee + VRBO service fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50 & VRBO service fee)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee($25) - $50 cancellation fee & VRBO service fee.
