The main level of the house has a formal living room and dining room, a family room next to the well equipped chef’s kitchen, a large, south facing patio as well as an office & powder room. The upper level primary suite has a sunny private patio with views and the separate family level includes one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with a hall bathroom and another large sunny family room with foosball table and office space. There is also a poolside guest cottage with its own kitchenette and dining patio.
