IMPORTANT! Please note this is a functioning farm - livestock, tractors and work is conducted daily. As a Guest, you and your party understand and are aware you may encounter potential sounds and smells accustomed to a farm experience. You are aware that guard dogs may be required to bark during the evening as a safety precaution to protect farm animals from predators. You understand that you may be exposed to pollen, insects, and other environmental factors accustomed to being in nature and a farm.

Guest Access:
- You have full, private access to The Barn Loft (NOT a shared space).
- You have access to the grounds at Bluebird Farm CT.
- You have guided access to the animals at Bluebird Farm CT. (Upon Request - Requires Prior Scheduling w/ Staff)

Getting Around:
Vehicles are necessary for the best experience.

● Guests use the patio, fire pit, gas grill and animal interaction at their own risk.
● As a Guest, you have access to the outdoor fire pit. Wood & starter are provided.
● As a Guest, you have access to the indoor pellet stove. Speak to the host prior to use.
● Quiet hours start at 10PM (Please be respectful of our Neighbors).
● You ARE NOT permitted to enter the farm animal pasture without a guide. You must schedule time to meet/greet the animals.
● You ARE NOT permitted to use farm equipment at any time.
