Cozy lake view cottage on Lake George. Highlights feature a screened in front porch with unobstructed lake view. The property includes an open, lakefront lot with sandy beach and dock. This 1 BA, 3 BR, plus loft area is perfect for a one or two-family getaway.

Spacious outdoor lawn includes a gas grill and nice shade trees. Bring your own boat, kayak, or SUP and tour the lake or just enjoy the sun and sandy beach right off the dock. The location is also nearby to numerous outdoor activities. Sleeps up to 8 but probably accommodates up to 4 adults with 4 kids comfortably.

Updates for 2024: New windows and blinds throughout cottage. Top riding kayak available for use. The two docks on the property have been consolidated to one and is shared with neighboring cottage to maximize swim space.

We enjoyed our quick fall break trip. We loved the location of the property as it was easy to get to local attractions and restaurants. The property owners were very easy to work with and responded quickly when corresponding with details about the property. It was a very quiet and charming stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location and access to the lake was excellent. Easy check in. Might want to bring a full sized knife and all seasonings/oil you’ll need to cook, but otherwise it worked well to prepare our meals as needed. We appreciated the fans to help take the edge off as it was pretty warm weather during our visit. Took a little bit for the ac to cool in all the upstairs rooms. Loved having a kayak we could use. Overall it was everything we needed without extra frills and we’d be happy to return.

Cozy cottage on a beautiful lake

The cottage worked out very well for 4 adults and family day visitors. Living area and bedrooms were clean and comfortable, with an enclosed front porch. The beach area has a nice, sandy bottom, and a good dock. We were able to rent a pontoon for a couple of days which worked out well. Communication with the owner was always pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We love coming to Lake George. The house is always clean and ready. We love the screened in porch and spend most of our time hanging out, playing games, and eating on the porch. The kayak is a great add on. Loved kayaking with the swans.

Amazing Lake Cottage

This cottage was amazing with ample space inside and the outdoor space was even better than we expected. Plenty of yard space for outdoor activities and lake access was a breeze. The swim/dock area was clean with sandy bottom. Definitely recommend!

Lake George

We had a nice time and the cottage looks as it does in pictures. The wiring hanging from the ceiling was a bit scary but no fires so all good. The one thing that ruined our trip was that we were not able to use our dock for our boat as promised. The neighborhood was sure that he had all rights to the dock and even to the water. He harassed us every day. There is a lack of communication between the cottage owner and property owner. I was given a legal document by a nice neighbor who felt we were treated unfairly considering it is a law that has been passed stating that the renters from our cottage have rights to use the silver dock. We had a wheelchair user who is 10 yrs old and the old dock was not safe for him And the silver dock was. It stated in our rules that we could use either dock. Unfortunately we will not go back due to the unresolved situation within the property owners

Unfortunately, we were unable to use our stay because of some sickness. The house was a great communicator before we arrived, checking in during should have been our stay and afterward. We look forward to using this property again next year on this annual trip if it’s available!!!

We love this place!

This house has so much personality. The location on a quiet lake lane is ideal. And the biggest perk is the large yard adjacent and along the lake! Great swimming and fishing. Lots of places to take walks.

Perfect Family Getaway Cottage

This far exceeded our expectations. Cottage was very clean and well equipped for our week’s needs. Great access to the lake. Property manager communicated well.
