This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this upgraded, well-appointed vacation rental include granite countertops, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room and bedroom have TVs with a DVD player, VCR and a CD stereo system in the living room.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Perfect Condo!

Loved the condo! Perfect decor, loved the 2nd floor, end unit. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Easy walk to the beach and pool and a lot of restaurants on the same Street! The condo does not disappoint!

Enjoy the SMOKE FILLED AIR, clean beach very dirty condo !

First off I will never stay at another Wyndham location again. There was a water leak above our restroom, and from the look of the ceiling upon arrival this is a recurring problem. They sent a mantinance man to look at it and he left and never returned to fix are clean up the mess. The leak was frequent and at different times. Then there is the problem of three people staying seven days with six towels to dry off after a shower, so we had to go down and waste or vacation doing laundry and paying for it to dry up water that is leaking through the ceiling, that to this day I don't know if it was coming from the toilet or the tub. There is no washer or dryer in this condo. The front door is at the dumpster that smelled, the balcony is over the designated smoking area that every time I walked out on had smoke fumes. Do not walk around the room with white socks on they will be black on the bottom very shortly! The view from through the doors of the beach where great. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this condo unless you are a smoker and don't care about the smoke.

Nice stay; Great view

It was my 1st time visiting Island Echos (but my Georgia family has visited every year for ages!). Property: Overall, the property is terrific. Access to the beach was really nice, although figuring out the beach chairs/umbrellas was tricky... being told we get 2 chairs & an umbrella sounds pretty straight-forward - but I had no way of knowing that we had to request them, and when I found that out I still didn't know how to prepare/request for the next day. I liked that there is a mini-mart just a block or so away - that was really convenient. The trash chutes were often full or stuck so it was difficult to navigate throwing out bags of trash. Unit 2P: First of all, I really loved the view, the balcony is terrific (patio is much larger than some of the units that my family was staying in), the size of the unit is great, and being on a corner with easy access to the stairs was good. I would have liked to have kitchen towels and an oven mitt, but those are the only items that seemed to be lacking. There are a lot of wall hooks throughout, which were super handy. The bedroom is very crowded with furniture (too full to set a suitcase anywhere) & the closet had broken wire rack shelves that didn't allow room to hang anything full-length (like a sundress) - however there are tons of drawers in the dressers for folded items. The bedroom is in the front of the unit and the unit is on the corner, so I would periodically hear people trying to shove trash into the clogged chute (on the upside - taking trash out was super convenient). Unfortunately, the bed is possibly the worst mattress I have ever tried to sleep on - I ended up sleeping on the sofa, which was too short for me, but marginally more comfortable. Not a single restful night's sleep & my back, neck, and shoulders were a bit wrecked. Overall, I had a lovely visit to Island Echos & Unit 2P would be an excellent choice again (if the mattress was replaced with something higher quality).

Great end unit with ocean view

Loved the ocean view, super easy to the beach, awesome having beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day, not a crowded beach which was nice, very quiet end unit. Will return.

The unit had a well equipped kitchen and a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. For example the shower had mold on the grout around the tub. And the floors had not been cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. There was dust on the floors beside the commode and in the corners in the unit. I carried my own Lysol and sprayed everything down and felt better about it.

It’s ok

The room had a perfect view but the beds were not comfortable at all. I let my kids have the main bed because it was so uncomfortable to me and me husband and I took the pull out bed. It was a slight improvement but still very uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked great and the kitchen was stocked but it was still one of my least favorite condos at fort Walton beach.

The photographs of this condo do not do it justice! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The views are breathtaking and the beach is literally steps away! Perfect little condo for a quick family getaway.

Island Echos 2p

I had a 9 night stay at Okaloosa Island- Island Echos 2p booked through Vacasa. Unfortunately, I have to say that I will never use their services again. Here is a little about my experience: Pros -check in and out was easy -Booking was easy -Location of the condo - kitchen had new appliances -internet and TV worked fine Cons- everything else! -Communication with Vacasa sucked! I noted on arrival that I had ONE face towel for a 9 night stay. I contacted Vacasa and I got a broken English text response saying that there isn’t maid service, wash your own towels in the lobby (there is no washer/dryer in the unit), and the towels are under the sink. Of course I know there isn’t maid service, and I had already looked under the sink. So long story short- I had to go buy my own towels to use. - the AC unit in the master bedroom was SO loud, it woke me up every time is started and turned off. It literally startled me each time and I couldn’t sleep. I tried to go sleep on the couch, but it was so old and uncomfortable (and smelled like cereal). - the furniture in the living room was old and smelled bad. I had to put a sheet over the couch just to sit on it. It made a loud noise every time I moved, and the furniture is peeling. - the master closet was full of random crap, despite the fact that I saw two locked owners closets. I actually had to take stuff out of the closet so I could hang my clothes. -the bathroom needs a major upgrade. The tub/shower combo desperately needs to be recaulked, and the shower head leaks everywhere. Not to mention that the first time I showered there were multiple black hairs in there. - I noted an odd smell when I first walked in and it was the sink. It smelled foul! I looked down the sink and could see food!! So gross! - there was no lock on the front door (deadbolt, chain, etc). I found this strange, especially since the bedroom is right off the front door. I often rent condos when I travel for work, and sadly this one is not worth the money I paid. I would have wanted to know an honest opinion before I used my hard earned money to rent this place.

This condo was absolutely breath taking! It was in a great location with a beautiful view! The pull out bed did not come with blankets but a quick text and blankets were left for us the next day. You will love this condo!
