This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the main bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio with views of the Gulf of Mexico and plenty of nice balcony furniture. Stream music from your mobile device onto the living room Bluetooth wireless soundbar and unwind into vaction mode.

Features of this upscale and Bahamas-styled vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
