Waterscape's A217 is adorned with beautiful decorations and stylish artwork. The living area and both bedrooms lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating and a partial ocean view. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tiled floors. Porcelain wood-look tile is in the living room and bedrooms with LED lighting throughout the condo. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided, and a full-size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen area. The dining room table seats everyone and is brightly lit with a designer chandelier on a dimmer switch. The living area has a sofa, a loveseat, a rocking recliner, and a 50' smart TV.

There is a half bath located off the main living area near the bunk room. The main bedroom has a king bed and 50” smart TV. The main bath has a standard tub with accessible bars, a huge walk-in shower, an antique vanity, and a 24' TV in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, a 42' smart TV, and a private bath with a separate stand-up shower and tub and a 24” TV in the bathroom. This condo also has a twin bunk room, and each bunk bed has a 19” TV. The bunk room has a door that closes for privacy.

The location of this condo is literally a few steps away from the pools, the fitness center, and the trash chute, and is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach.

Beach service is included from March to October.
A217 offers wider door frames, shower bars, and lower countertops.


All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
