Your vacation is going to be…wait for it…legendary! The Legends condo complex is located in South Walton’s Santa Rosa Beach, boasting an incredible location right on Scenic Highway 30A. Providing comfortable vacation accommodations, Legends 7 provides two bedrooms and two and a half baths for its fortunate guests. The residence can host up to eight guests, and it promises fun beach vacation memories.

Once inside, guests will fall in love with the easygoing and laidback feel of this vacation rental. The first level is devoted to covered parking, while the second floor is dedicated to an open floor plan that encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the living area, you will find a casual seating arrangement consisting of a plush gray sleeper sofa, tan ottoman, and accent armchairs. Casual décor, a flatscreen TV, and a patterned rug complete the space. The living area joins the dining area, where a warm chandelier hovers above a circular table and four chairs. This provides a great spot for a quick breakfast or a fancy vacation dinner feast. An ample kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas, featuring a bar with three stools, sizable counter space, large cabinets, and quality appliances. Finally, this level also includes a sundeck with outside seating, perfect for enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

Sleeping accommodations are located on the third level of this vacation residence. A luxury master suite boasts a vaulted ceiling, king-size bed, en-suite bath, and a TV. With sliding glass doors, sunny windows, and an arched glass palladium, this room lets in lots of sunlight to create a welcoming ambiance. Access a private balcony through the sliding glass doors, where a pair of Adirondack chairs provide an ideal setting for relaxing under the Florida sun.

A guest room on this level has a tropical flair, featuring sea life art and ocean-inspired pillows. Two sunny windows ensure the space is airy and comfortable. The guest room also includes two full beds, a nightstand, accent chair, armoire, large TV, and its own en-suite bath.

In addition to luxury vacation accommodations, this condo complex also provides guests with distinguished amenities. Live oaks, palm trees, and other tropical plants adorn the grounds. A swimming pool, hot tub, sundeck, grills, and tennis courts are provided for extra fun. The sprawling beach is only two minutes away from the complex.

With its ideal location on Scenic Highway 30A, guests will enjoy the close proximity to restaurants, bars, wine outlets, boutiques, specialty shops, bistros, coffee shops, and more. At nearby Gulf Place, a grass amphitheater provides outdoor entertainment, including seasonal festivals and concerts. Other 30A beach towns and coastal dune lakes ensure that you will never have a dull moment here in South Walton.
