The Nutt House - Peace and wilderness at Massanutten Resort
Enjoy all the amenities and excitement of Massanutten Resort in the peace and quiet of this chalet-style house overlooking beautiful woods & wildlife.
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a flat lot with plenty of parking. Enjoy looking through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows into the beautiful surrounding woods and watch the deer and birds in their natural habitat. Two propane fire pit tables, one located on the large deck and one in the back yard surrounded by woods where you can gather with friends and family to make s'mores and swap stories of your day. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor gas grill so you can eat every meal at home, or order delivery or takeout from many nearby great restaurants and eateries.
Great high-speed internet and wifi so you can stay connected and do work or school from the house!
On the main level of open living/dining floor-plan you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one tub and one shower). Bedroom #1 has a king bed; bedroom #2 has 2 twin XL beds; bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Access the spacious loft by ladder to find a set of twin bunks, plus a comfortable queen-sized couch-bed.
48" TV on main level, 36" TV in loft, both with Firestick streaming. A freestanding gas fireplace in the living room adds extra warmth and coziness in the winter.
House is located within Massanutten Resort with all amenities located within 3 miles, including skiing, snow tubing, indoor/outdoor water park, zip line & ropes course, two 18-hole golf courses, mini golf, downhill mountain biking course, hiking trails, Go-Karts, and more.
** Please note: the privately owned homes at Massanutten are not affiliated with the Resort, but our guests can use a link to book tickets online for resort activities 28 days in advance, as opposed to 10 days for the general public. We strongly encourage booking tickets early, as things do sell out.
** LINK AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AFTER BOOKING **
Please note the house is accessed by two flights of stairs, so it is not appropriate for people with disabilities or trouble climbing stairs.
If your dates aren't available, we have 3 other properties. All are on one level with only 1 or 2 stairs to get to front door. The Bear Den (property ID 2498157) is located directly next door to the Be Our Guest House (property ID 2389552). We also own Hopkins House, property ID 2132571.
