All Sterling Breeze guests will need to registered for Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Condominium Association. This fee includes all amenities, pool armbands and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking. Only 2 parking passes allowed per unit. Details to obtain parking passes and armbands will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel Instructions after you book your reservation. Shopping carts are also reserved through the concierge and cost is $5 to get a token, which you will get back once you return the cart.

Exquisite interior spaces include an elegant King suite with sliding glass doors to large balcony, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity, kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, laundry with washer & dryer and an electric grill on the balcony.

Amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, seasonal wine bar and café by the pool with great seating and multiple large TVs and a fire pit. A new ice machine was installed in the vending area at the pool. The machine is available 24 hours a day and accepts payment via credit or debit card. There is also a state of the art fitness center, with views of the beach while you work out.
