Large 4 bedroom home , all with King Beds. located on the Sea of Cortez. You are just steps away from the water. This house has it all, A/C, full kitchen, two master suites with private bath.

Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, surf fishing and beach combing, right out your front door. You can charter a boat for a day of fishing or sight seeing. Or just relax, watch the sunrise or sunset from your front patio. You will feel right at home. VERY SAFE PLACE TO VISIT AND ENJOY SOME OF THAT MEXICAN SUNSHINE! MANAGERS LIVE NEXT DOOR YEAR ROUND.

The house is set up very nicely for guests. Comfortable and well-equipped and access to the beach is like rolling out of bed. Here the water isn't aqua blue but it's still nice. The beach was mostly unpopulated except for an occasional ATV. Local host Anna was always there for what we needed.

Lovely home on a gorgeous remote beach

7 of us rented Gabrielle's house while on a pickleball holiday. Great pickleball at Tres Palapas. Great house to come home to. Great kitchen to cook in. Windswept days but also a few gorgeous still day with beautiful snorkelling at the point.

Desert out the front door, Sea of Cortez out the back and miles of empty beach in either direction - what’s not to like. Beautiful home with all the amenities. Dine in or plenty of options a 10 minute drive away in Los Barriles.

Breathing taking views!

We absolutely loved our 1 week stay. The views of the ocean never got old. The home had plenty of space for my husband and 3 young children. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as plenty of beach toys, lounge chairs, and a kayak. WE had an unforgettable time. So happy we found this gem, would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful Getaway

We absolutely loved this property. Very spacious, comfy beds, fully stocked with everything you need. Property is far enough from town for peace and serenity but still close enough to restaurants, bars and shopping. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise having coffee on the huge balcony and wine in the evening watching the sunset. Rod and Barb are excellent hosts. We will be back in the very near future!

A little slice of paradise

I honestly don’t know if we could have found a better place to stay for the month of February. The house was perfect for our family with everyone having a space that met their needs. We spent a lot of time just watching the rays jump and the whales spout from our comfy lounge chairs. We had various birds visit and one day even several horses and a foal visit the lot next to us and we got to feed them carrots from the balcony. We had several special dinners and the kitchen had everythigg by we needed to cook what we wanted. We walked the beach every day collecting beach glass and sea shells. When the winds picked up we just moved to the front of the house that was still pleasantly warm. All in all, we would highly recommend and are anxious to come back.

Beautiful Home and Location

We are retired and stayed for 20 days in February. It was a little bit colder for the first 3 days when we arrived on 2/8 but soon warmed up. Beautiful home with everything and more than we could need. Gabriella has thought of everything. Bed was comfortable and the shower was always hot. Amazing sunsets off the back patio and walks on the white sand beach that goes on for miles. Lots of comfortable lounge chairs to gaze out at the sea, read a book or meditate. We enjoyed morning coffee while watching whales right off the shore, just one magical moment after another. Beautiful people and culture. We felt safe and the nearby town of Los Barriles had a well-stocked market, Pharmacy, and health care. Lots of great restaurants. Triny's and Tio Pablo's were two of our favorites, but we also enjoyed the taco stand on the side of the road near the Pemex. The horses visited almost daily, and the cows dotted the landscape and visited daily as well. Thank You Gabriella for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to return.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed the beautiful, nearly deserted beach views. Unfortunately the weather was too cold/windy to spend much time on the beach but luckily the property has a more protected patio (unfortunately without beach views) and a mini split that provides heat. The communication was mixed- when we alerted then that the master shower wasn't getting hot they sent a maintenance man right away- but check in was confusing as no one was there to meet us as stated in the materials and it was difficult to figure out which of the many keys in the lock box fitted the doors to get in. Also we never had any follow up about the shower which was a bummer as we were unable to use that shower the entire time. This being our first time staying in Mexico we also didn't realize that we couldn't flush toilet paper or that the power flickers off every few minutes. We were grateful for the UPS that let us watch movies uninterrupted and luckily didn't have any extended outages. Also be warned that there's about a 10 minute drive to get to the house on an unimproved sand road that is very bumpy. We appreciated the water dispenser very much as even though the house has a filter the water is not drinkable to Americans. Overall it was well furnished and we were quite comfortable!

Perfect escape

I just returned from an incredible 15 day trip with my two adult sons, and a friend. Having been to the east cape for fishing trips many times over the past 30 years I have high expectations, and i'm happy to say that my expectations were met. The house is located on a quiet beach, it is in great condition, and had everything we needed. From kayaks and beach umbrellas, to kitchen supplies, big flat screen TV's, fast reliable WIFI and more. Most importantly the hosts Rod and Barb live next door, we cannot say enough about them. They set us up with great deals on ATV's, Fishing Charters, and referred to the best restaurants. It was like staying next door to your "cool" Aunt and Uncle, they treated us like family and wanted us to have a nice time. A week into our stay my 20-year-old son picked up a nasty stomach bug from a roadside ceviche stand. After suffering with a fever and stomach pain for two days, I was planning to rent a car and take him to some Urgent Care Clinic in Cabo San Lucas, not something we wanted to do in this time of Covid 19. Before setting out, I decided to check with Rod and Barb, and we are so happy we did. They made a call and in less than an hour we were in the office of a private English-speaking physician. This took place on a Sunday! They both expressed genuine concern for my son and checked on him daily as he recovered. Thank you Rod and Barb for your warm and generous hospitality, we look forward to our next visit. Paul Achee

The Place to Relax

We had not been to Las Brallias before and wanted to try and new place. This was fantastic. As we lived in Cabo and San Jose del Cabo before and now the business was just too much for us. But, This stay was right on the beach quite and relaxing. Now the wind does blow, but if you wait long enough it will calm down so that you can swim and do other water sports. The town is worth exploring. We missed nothing in Cabo and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to the hosts.

Beautiful and Peaceful

This property has amazing views and the beach was quiet and wonderful. The house is clean and well equipped for a large extended family or friend group with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is about a mile and a half off of the highway down a sand road. It is private and sits right on the beach and is literally 62 steps from the patio through the sand to the ocean. The beach is clean and the ocean was safe and inviting for swimming-even for children. We will absolutely come again and bring our family and friends. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

We had adult children, spouses, and grandchildren on this trip. The house couldn't have been more perfect for us. Plenty of room, a well-stocked and spacious kitchen, great deck. A classic casa, very comfortable and quiet

We stayed for three weeks and had a relaxing and wonderful time at the property. Rod and Barb manage the property, live next door, and do a terrific job communicating with renters, answering questions, and providing advice on what to see and do in the area. The property is massive, and the gardens and layout were magnificent—a tranquil stay with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding landscape. I highly recommend this casa. Amazing Stat in the Baja

The house was perfect for our family and our friends and their family. It’s beautifully situated on the beach with easy access to a quiet beach. The house is so well accommodated and situated for families. The kitchen is stocked with everything we could need, and we had a wonderful stay here. Rod and Barb were helpful in arranging our fishing trip and answering promptly any questions we had. We would return in a heartbeat!
