Room and building condition

Enjoyed the stay. I stayed there last year. The room we stayed in did need some remodeling. This year the room we stayed in needed remodeling and some tender loving and care. I was not aware the entire building was deterating this concerned me.

Very good ocean view directly on beach.

Very good location unless you want any sleep at night. Shuckums echoes thru until about 1 a.m. Not much sleep. Second stay at the ambassador love the location directly on beach. Could also recommend a elevator the steps are a little rough up to third floor. But enjoyed the stay. Thanks.

Great place to stay if you dont mind steps

Perfect size for the two of us. Beautiful view from a nice balcony. The pool and hot tub were great. Very short walk to the beach and to several shops and restaurants. The down side for us was the steps. 43 from our room to the pool. Also the mattresses are done. The badly need replaced. We would stay here agat if we could get a room on the lowest level.

I have a few rental properties with probably 40 mattresses I get Folks who love them and folks who dislike them Its eyes of beholder on them when ya sleep on your mattress your whole life its hard sleep on any other I do mention we have no steps But there Good for Heart

Last minute get away

Very cute place-nice decor. Nice upgrades to whole building. LOVED OUR STAY!! Only one downfall was a lack of working electrical outlets by the head of the bed. There were outlets behind tall headboards- but they didnt work. Charged my phone in other room- and had to buy an extension cord to run a C-Pap machine.

This unit has two beds which most dont she brought a gang so it sleeps 4 easy Shelby has right to book with anybody she didnt have to stay with me "Palmettos" are an insects that thrive live on the beach if your from this area .The Assocation sprays montly and controls most bugs If you leave your door open etc the palmettos will come in Its unfair get 2 Stars Shelby Please stay in one of the cheap Units Next time

I would not recommend this specific room unless they did updates fixed floors and windows.

We we’re not impressed at all. We addressed it to the property manager and they did give us a 35% refund. We could not stay all 3 nights due to the conditions of the beds and the bathroom. It could be a really nice space if work was put into the space.

I do say in my descprtion this is an Older unit and has some flaws I try to price based on that So Marisa liked my price but wanted the MARRIOTT type room I tried to work with. her and even gave her back refund I bought to redo and it will happen in short near future

Unit was not clean as it appeared in the photos. Large gap between the door jam and door and you could always see daylight through the crack. What appears to be mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was completely corroded with dust. Outlets were not accessible around the beds. The only outlet in the bathroom to get ready was in the overhead light and I did not feel safe using it to plug in hot tools. Overall if our stay was longer we probably would have packed up and went elsewhere but since we were only there for a couple of days we toughed it out.

Not great

There was construction in next door unit. Lots of noise all day long on our walls. Duct tape on window. Air conditioner rattled all night. The front door locked but did not seem secure- there was light coming through. Sink didn’t drain. On beach- only good part.

Panama on the beach

The property manager was very nice and responsive when I was booking. Location was fantastic, right on the beach and walking distance to most shopping. A short drive to everything else. The pool and hot tub open 24 hrs clean well kept. When I arrived inside the condo; bed linens had brown spots on them, so we slept on top blankets, the microwave had stuff all over In it, frig worked well but had rust all over outside door, window facing the beach was broken with note not to mess with it, some of the outlets were covered with tape and extension cords behind couch to use. The morning after check in housekeeper came up change code because they double booked the place . The stay definitely had its ups and downs . We managed to stay the full stay, just spent very little time there.. I did address concerns with housekeeper when she changed code, her response was only about the window . They can’t fix it when they are renting the place out.. If you can be easy going and don t mind not being what you expect. Close to everything your gold.

Loved the view!!

We enjoyed the awesome beach and ocean view from our third floor balcony and even saw beautiful rainbows two of the mornings we were there. We liked having an uncrowded beach in a convenient location in the heart of Panama City Beach.

Excellent location, we were able to walk several times to pier park. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, he loved it. I recommend bringing extra bath towels and water proof shower caddy. There's very little shelving in the bathroom. Also, there is no elevator and this room is on top floor so be prepared to walk the stairs. If you don't like karoake or loud vehicles, this isn't for you as it's across the street from Skuckums on the strip.

Amazing View

The view was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Location is directly on the beach with easy access. Owners living on site were welcoming and kind. Pets are welcomed with a very nice area for them to do their business. It is an older resort with only 3 floors, so it was great not to have a lot of people around during COVID. Many units have been updated and several are in the process of updating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have extended it if Tropical Storm Fred not have arrived.

We spent a week in this unit. The overall experience was good! We had a small issue on one of the first nights we were there. Cheryl and her husband fixed it promptly. The location was my favorite part of it. I loved that I could bring my dogs. I would consider staying here again.

Apartment needs a little work

We loved the location and the overall property was great. Our apartment had water leaks under both sinks and an electrical outlet in the living room that did not have a cover on it (dangerous for dogs or kids). Unfortunately when we arrived we did not feel the apartment was cleaned as well as it should have been with COVID still being active. Overall we had a great stay.

Great view

The property has a great view, beachfront so you can hear the waves. The property is well kept. We enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. They are very pet friendly. The unit was a clean older unit and could use some new mattress. The stairs got old but we would come back.
