Quiet home in Sunny Cape Coral, close to beaches, golf, marina and adventures

Welcome to our home in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida. Our home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Whether you are staying for vacation, a golf get away or business, our home is perfectly set up for you. Cape Coral is an excellent place to unwind and is centrally located to many beaches, parks and adventures.

IMPORTANT - Due to regulations in Florida as it related to COVID, we cannot accept international travelers at this time.

Accommodations:
Our beautiful home is a three bedroom, 2 full bath townhouse centrally located in Cape Coral, Florida. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a convertible couch that turns into a twin bed and a laptop workstation with a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all everything you need to be at home. Enjoy our comfy living room. The smartTV has streaming apps ready for your enjoyment. We have a large back yard for you to enjoy.

Rules:
No Parties! Please be considerate. If you are looking to party, we are not the right place for you. We have strict policies and will charge a cleaning fee if you are found to be having a party.
No Smoking – Our house is strictly smoke free and if you smoke inside the house, in our property we will need to have it professionally cleaned and a $500 fee will be passed to you.

Location:
This is a prime location in Cape Coral Florida and is Family Friendly. We are a short drive to all attractions in Cape Coral. Enjoy the Yacht Club (10 minutes) which is free to the public and has a beach with swimming, public pool, playground, racquetball and much more. There are many parks and other recreation in Cape Coral. Enjoy the many restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. Don’t forget the many breweries!

We are also 20-30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and Fort Myers River District and about 40 minutes to Sanibel Island. Take a day trip to beautiful Naples (60 minutes) and visit the Naples Zoo and Naples Botanical Gardens.

COVID
We use a professional cleaning service that has taken a course specifically related to protecting you! Our cleaners use strong chemicals, clean all bedding, and dishes before each guest arrives. We are cleaning the entire house, but focusing on high touch areas such as door handles, etc and we wrap the remote control in plastic. We are waiting 24 hours in-between reservations. Although they are “homey”, we removed all throw pillows and comforters for your protection.

We are Dog Friendly, For an extra fee, we are glad to have small well behaved dogs.
Maximum, One to two small breed Dogs, spay/neuter and trained. All current vaccinations including Rabies, Flea and Tick Control.
Please keep your precious dog on a leash when outside the property.


We have a grill, We ask that you clean the grill after each use, If the grill is not clean, then an extra freewill be applied to cleaning. Propane is not included. We have a big patio fully fenced for privacy.
