Horrible check-in and NO TV for four days
It started bad with the check-in The resort said that they never received the information necessary for my stay. I showed them the texts and emails I received welcoming me to the resort and they said that was not enough. I tried to reach the number in the texts and got an answering service. It tried to reach anyone to help me and after standing at the counter for twenty minutes on hold the service hung up on me.The clerk was shocked as he heard the disconnect and he took responsibility to allow me to register without the needed information. It was late and I just wanted to go to bed after the flight and drive to the resort. The tv in the bedroom would not work! I contacted them first thing in the morning when I discovered the tv in the living room did not work. I went through all the steps on the info in the room but could not get a connection.They specifically tell you not to touch the connections so they must have had issues with it before. The person from Family Time responded by asking me if I did this step and that step and I informed them I did all the steps over and over. This went on for three days with no one actually helping. They said they would send their team, but no one ever came. On the fourth day a maintenance worker for the resort came after 8pm without any notice. I was uncomfortable since I was alone, but I recognized him and let him in to see if he could fix the tv. He could not do anything. He said that the owner had to contact the cable company. I agree
