Southern Utah Adventure in Ocotillo Springs
Come stay with us at Southern Utah Adventure for the time of your lives. Located in the Ocotillo Springs complex in Santa Clara, this home is in the perfect location for your Southern Utah Adventure! With multiple National and State parks in such close proximity, there is always something exciting to do. Whether its taking the two paddleboards and two kids kayaks this home provides out to Gunlock Reservoir, climbing & hiking the nearby trails, or enjoying the walking/biking trails connected to the home, you will never have a dull moment while staying at the Southern Utah Adventure.

Southern Utah Adventure is a 3 bedroom / 4 bath modern home, that sleeps 10 guests comfortably, up to 12 guests with the help of additional bedding. Each room has its own private bath. With two common areas that have Smart Tv's, and smart tv's in two bedrooms; it gives you plenty of space for entertainment, game, or movie nights. Start your day off with a good workout in the private at home gym; equipped with weights, a squat rack, and a stationary bike. Then take off and take full advantage of all the adventure that surrounds you! Enjoy your evening grilling burgers out on the private back patio underneath the starry southern Utah sky.

Spring Break

Great location within complex for pool access for kids. Spent a day at Snow Canyon that is just a few minutes drive and then a day in Zion that’s under an hour away. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay and will contact you again. You were great to keep updating with information and when we had a question. We couldn't get the little fire pit going on the patio but we weren't there a lot. One suggestion is a hair dryer in a bathtub, we forgot ours. We loved how you had everything labeled. Perfect for our family

Great place to stay and will definitely want to book here again—perfect location, super close to pool—we love the area. The only thing that could improve is the king bed isn’t comfortable—needs a memory foam topper or something. Also the master doesn’t have a closet to use so that was a bummer. Also basic foil or pam spray, & plastic wrap would have been nice.

Great place

It was great! Loved the communication before and after the stay. Was as advertised. Only reason I didn't mark excellent is because I couldn't get master bedroom TV to work and ice maker was jammed. Also did love not love how noisy the pool was late at night. It is spring break and there definitely were some college aged kids there to party. Not great for families but it is what it is. Thanks!

This rental had the worst mattresses we have ever slept on. We left our vacation a day early because of it. The washer was broken and very dirty. The towels were tiny and scratchy. We would not stay in this rental again.

Our unit was very nice. However, when we went to use the grill, we don't believe it had been cleaned, as there was a grease flare-up. Also, one of the dining room chairs was cracked and the outside thermometer was broken. There were no clocks any where in the unit, which we could see not having any in the bedrooms, as people usually have alarms on their cell phones. It would have been nice to have one on the wall in the living or dining room. The dishwasher didn't start well; we started it at night before we went to bed and in the morning had to start again because it hadn't run. We couldn't find an instruction manual for the thermostat--that would be helpful. If would be helpful to post 'quiet hours' at the pool. There were some issues around 11:00 one night. These were just some things that we thought might be helpful for the next visitors. This was a very nice facility, and if I have the opportunity to be in the area again, I would be my first choice. Thank you!

Nice place but needs a few things.

Home is great but lacking in a few areas (had to go purchase items needed). Home had no mugs or cups for hot beverages, No teapot. No iron or ironing board. Cupboards are very tall, and for short people a step ladder would be helpful. There were only 2 washcloths in the home. Bedding is terribly wrinkled like it had been rolled up in a small ball. Broken chair seat that pinched and light fixtures and other areas like the railing mirror, need a good cleaning/dusting. Over than mentioned above the stay was great. Having to have to go get items needed we’re costly and should not be be required for your guests on their stay at your resort.

If you have a receipt for the coffee mugs, send that to us, and we would love to reimburse you for those! As for the tea pot, that is not something that is provided at that property. We always recommend reaching out to us before your arrival if you have any questions about what the property contains. The property does not provide live TV, but it does have Apple TV as well as each TV being a smart TV, so live TV can be watched via your own Hulu Live, YouTube TV, etc. I will pass on the information about the cleaning issues and the washcloths to our cleaning team to ensure that this does not happen again. We recommend during your stay to reach out to us if you need anything, and we would be more than happy to answer any questions and/or bring any items out to you that seem to be missing. Fall Break

It was nice to not be in the busy sections of St George but still be a convenient distance to places. We had two families of four and it was tons of space. Pickle ball courts were a big plus

College spring break!

A group of 11 of us came down here for a few nights and had SO much fun. The pool is right outside the back door and the property is super clean. The bunk room is a straight up party! Awesome place to stay and I would 100% recommend it to anyone(:
