Very pleased, one of the best places we've stayed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactly as described, great location and very comfortable. The place was larger than we needed, but the same price as smaller places we've stayed in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked to make some great meals, internet was strong, bathrooms were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We ended up extending our stay for a few days at the end, and the process to extend was extremely easy. We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends staying in the area next summer (if it's available).

Communication for the check-in process was super easy. The condo was very accommodating and fully stocked. There was absolutely nothing that was needed. Lots of board games for the family to play and plenty of room for everything to hang out comfortably. Durango was only a 10 minute drive and Purgatory was 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Durango again.

The unit was clean and comfortable, with amazing views and great natural light. It was easy to access and easy to find. One thing we were not aware of was the HOA rules about parking, and we had rented a small RV to drive to Durango that was not welcome. So we had to get creative about where we parked the RV. Luckily we were visiting family who lived close and they allowed us to park at their place, and with some creativity and a lot of vehicle sharing, we only had to walk once. The neighborhood was quiet and we were very comfortable. The owners made sure to have everything on hand that we needed for a restful stay - plenty of room, lots of personal care items, and suggestions about food and activities.

This is a great place to stay. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the washing machine spin cycle being so loud you couldn't hear anyone talking.

Golf and Mountains

Dalton Ranch area is ideal for us. There is good access to Durango proper and to the mountains. Spectacular views all around. The townhome is nicely located with a view of the #11 fareway. Just about all you need for a comfortable stay.

The condo is huge and very well appointed.

We had a great stay and would definitely return. It was super cozy once we got the heat fixed (it was not working upon arrival but was fixed the next day while we were out skiing). The location is in between Durango and Purgatory ski resort, so it was perfect for us. Thanks so much for providing such a great place!!

Dalton Ranch

This is a nice house in a good location. We have stayed in downtown Durango in the past and this time wanted to be a little out of town.It was a quiet neighbourhood, though we did hear the steam train whistle a couple of times - a bonus for us as we had come to Durango to ride on it!

Great location on hole number 11 at Dalton Ranch. Five minute walk to club house. Very quiet neighborhood. Will stay there again in 2025.

Friends on a train ride

Wonderful property. Need to fix light in upstairs king bedroom and 2 toilet paper holders are coming loose from the wall, but none of those were a big deal. Would rent this property again !!!
