Cactus Wren (Unit E) Villa (1026 Sqft) is located on the upper floor and boasts a full size, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with large picture window and covered patio to enjoy the beauty of Sedona!

This Villa has two Master Bedrooms with King Sized beds and attached bathrooms with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32 inch Smart Television with cable. Free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa. Free Parking for 1 vehicle in the garage, below the unit. (No Over-sized vehicles or trailer parking available on site)

I would highly recommend this place as it is cozy, clean, great views, 2 master suites and just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.

Location for uptown shops in Sedona was good, very walkable. Could use the free shuttle to get to trailheads or Tlaqepaque. Pretty quiet location. Parking in garage for only 1 vehicle and is tight, overhead garage door cannot be closed. We planned to cook a lot of our meals in the rental, but the kitchen dishes, pans, utensils and even silverware very limited and low quality. 4 forks? Knives cheap and dull. Pans crappy. No casserole dishes, pie pan, 13 x 9, tupperware or other basic needs. Shower heads cloggy and need replacing. Patio furniture was poor quality, torn flat cushions. LR furniture well used...throw pillows smelled. Decor average. Paper goods limited and no foil, plastic wrap, napkins, etc. Shared washer and dryer in garage. Garbage stored in laundty room smelly, pickup times inconsistent. Needs better system for Amazon deliveries. The view of mountains was the main thing going for it. Manager not very available.

We are currently auditing our kitchen inventory to ensure all units are fully stocked with high-quality cookware and utensils. Additionally, our maintenance and housekeeping teams are addressing the issues you noted with the shower heads, patio furniture, and upholstery. We are also reviewing our garage and laundry area procedures to ensure a cleaner experience for future guests. We rely so much on our long term guests feedback because we get so little time in the condo. Our manager is available and always just a call away. Very clean, nice view

We enjoyed everything about this condo. Our trip was cut short because of an accident. My wife tripped and broke her hip. Property manager was very nice to us. We hope to return.

This was a great spot to stay. It is very centrally located; if you like to walk around town it is perfect. It was tough for us to find a place with Southwester flair to it, and this had it.

FANTASTIC - Perfectly enjoyable stay

We recently finished our month long stay here. We could not have asked for a nicer condo and location to spend our time in Sedona. The condo was well furnished and decorated. The beds were so comfortable!!! The location, being less than a 3 minute walk to Sedona shops, restaurants, etc. was absolutely perfect. Communication with the host and check in/out were perfect and Dave (host/manager) was great. We highly recommend this property and Uptown View Villas.

Great views and location

Easy to fine with Google maps. Sedona is beautiful and this unit had excellent reviews. We could walk to the downtown which was really nice. There are so many hikes available nearby that we did not have to drive very far to get to those either.

Sedona getaway.

Our stay at uptown villas was great. We were only there for 2 nights but it worked great. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went. It's just a block off the main street where there are many shops and restaurants.

Great location

This is the first time that we have stayed at this property and we will definitely return. The location was amazing, close to downtown and the property was well represented. The two masters each with it's own ensuite worked perfectly for our party of 4. Very clean and easy check-in/check-out. Communication with property manager was excellent and very responsive.

Exceeded all of our Expectations!

If you are looking for a condo with a great view of Sedona’s Red Rocks and one that is quiet, yet only a very short walk to Uptown Sedona for shopping and restaurants, then this condo is for you! As soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised how immaculately clean it was. We also appreciated the quality furniture, towels, bedding, and décor. This unit has many “high end” touches. The king-sized bed was so comfortable, too. Every small touch and décor was well thought out to create a fun and relaxing space to spend vacation. We were happy the blinds in the living room had the option of either opening from the top down or from the bottom up. Keeping the blinds closed on the bottom 3’ of the large windows allowed for the unobstructed view of the Red Rocks as shown in the pictures in the VRBO listing. Having solid walls on the balcony would also have this effect when sitting on the lanai. This condo is a beautiful home away from home with an excellent uptown location and is also very close to many hiking trails to explore. We look forward to staying here again!

A cozy and comfortable uptown condominium

The condo was overall very good. It was clean, attractive and inviting. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked sufficiently. Kitchen appliances were basic. The view from the living room was lovely, but not so much from the veranda. The location is great, short walk to the main area of town, shops and restaurants, but nice and quiet at night. Also, we appreciated the private and secure garage.
