The Space:

Welcome to Blue House in the heart of downtown St. Augustine! This upscale new construction home is the perfect space for families, wedding groups, friends and more. Located in the coveted Lincolnville neighborhood, just steps from the historic sites! If you are looking for a PRIME central location, where you can take and easy walk in just minutes to all of St. Augustine's most sought after attractions and venues, look no further!



Coming for a wedding? Most of St. Augustine's downtown venues can be reached by foot within 10 minutes: The Lighter Museum, The Treasury, Flagler College, the Ice Plant, Casa Monica Hotel, the White Room, and many more!



This home boasts 3 bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathroom, plus a half bath.



THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 3/3.5 layout.

>1ST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM SUITE + BATH: Boasts a King size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Has a Smart TV with cable and streaming apps that you can log yourself in to.

>2ND FLOOR GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

>2ND FLOOR GUEST BEDROOM 2: Located across the hall from the Second Bedroom on the 2nd floor. Has two (2) separate twin beds that can be converted to a securely fastened King size bed per your request (see photos of both options). It has an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo and walk in closet.

>HALF BATH: Located off the hallway on the 1st floor, just past the laundry closet.

LIVING ROOM: Queen sofa bed with sheets, pillows and bedding included.



LAUNDRY: This home has a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer. Please follow posted laundry procedures above machines in the laundry closet.



Family amenities include a pack n play and booster seat, as well as plenty of fun board games and a dedicated fenced in and graveled outdoor area. We have also provided beach towels, a cooler bag and thermos cups.



The beaches are within a 12 minute drive. You can drive on to the beach down at A Street in St. Augustine Beach or Mary Street in Crescent Beach, but the closest beach (walking only) is Vilano Beach! The proximity to the Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, The Amp Music Venue and farmers markets is ideal.



Make dinner on the BBQ on the back patio surrounded by friends and family in the plentiful seating area.

North of St. Augustine about 40 minutes away, enjoy the famously known golf clubs, high-end shopping and coastal atmosphere of Ponte Vedra Beach! To the south about 30 minutes away is Palm Coast, Washington Oaks State Park and more coastal fun to discover!



SECURITY DEPOSIT: Per the listing, we will charge the card on file for the listing's Security Deposit of $1000 on the day of check-in. The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure. In addition, we will also charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage, please inquire. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.



Please let us know promptly how many cars you plan to bring. We have 3 free parking spots on premises. No more parking is provided. Additionally, there is free street parking on other streets in the neighborhood.



Please follow the detailed parking procedures that will be sent to you in your check in message. The full-time tenants living on site in the private apartment at the back of the property are first responders and need to be able to pull their cars in and out of the garage freely.



Smoking is allowed outdoors in a dedicated area - the short driveway on the north side of the house. Butts can be disposed of in outdoor trash cans.



The Neighborhood:

There is so much to explore in the neighborhood!



Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town and within a 5 minute walk of the front door! To name a few: Blue Hen Cafe, Crave Food Truck, Ice Plant, Dog Rose Brewery, the views at Lake Maria Sanchez, and walking down Charlotte Street and St. George Street to take in the gorgeous turn-of-the-century homes.



Just a few minutes walk north is historic King Street, where you can explore the most beautiful college campus in all of Florida, Flagler College! Just a block away is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House. I am more than happy to give recommendations. You will have an amazing time!



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car to get around, or there are local pedi-cabs you can call to pick you up if you're only traveling a short distance downtown.

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



Guests must be 25 or older to book.



There is a Ring doorbell outside of the front door of the home. This is in place for your safety and the security of the home.



Please review shared areas. The owners have a suite at the back of the property that is not accessible to guests. Garage under owner suite will not be accessible to guests. Please adhere to designated guest parking areas.

The Blue House

What a beautiful house and just perfect for my family of 6! Immaculately clean and organized. I love that they provided extra necessities for 3 days so we didn’t have to rush to the store. Historic downtown is a walking distance and the street is quiet. It’s a plus that the Fish Camp and the Ice Plant are very close to the house for dinner. Another restaurant is literally next door. As first timers in St. Augustine, we completely enjoyed our stay and happy to have found The Blue House.

So much to see and do in St Augustine!!!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our group, three retired couples. Everything that we needed was provided. All of the littles extras in this home were appreciated!!We were so close to everything downtown. So much history. So many great restaurants within walking distance. So many museums, stores, galleries, etc!! Some of our favorite restaurants were Ragamuffin for breakfast! St. Augustine Fish Camp, La Nouvelle, Ice Plant, Gringo Tacos, Asado Life, Columbia Restaurant and 123 Burgers. Tip: Take the trolly tour early in your week to see all of the places that you want to visit during your visit!We would all love to stay here again!!!Terri M

Great Neighborhood Location

This property was perfect for our group. Loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to all of the main local attractions. Easy walk to almost everything. Also greatly appreciated the designated off street parking, en suite bathrooms for each bedroom, and outdoor space. The only thing missing with the outdoor space was some type of fire feature. Highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

The house was great! Location could not have been better and description of being walkable to the historic district was spot on. We enjoyed watching tv at the end of our day after dinner and a few extra blankets to snuggle into on the couch with would have been helpful. Perfect for our group

The house is really nice, well decorated with a comfortable layout. A great place for 6 women with 3 1/2 bathrooms! Perfect location for walking the Ancient City, convenient to many restaurants (check out the Fish Camp!). Linens, beds, water pressure, lighting, furniture were all great. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor area was clean, spacious and comfortable. Euphoria Vacations was easy to work with, very responsive. Recommend it highly.

Perfect In Every Way

I and two of my girlfriends planned a weekend trip to St. Augustine. This property was perfect for us as it was within easy walking distance to the downtown area while being out of the fray. The house is very well-appointed, immaculately kept, and very true to the pictures with each of us having our own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The layout of the house overall is thoughtful and facilitates engagement whether you're in the kitchen or living/dining room. We hope to stay here again some day and have already recommended it to friends as well.

No short cuts

This house is perfectly set up and everything was top quality. You walk in and feel at home (with the chores already done) Property manager Dani was phenomenal not that we needed anything at all except to stay longer unfortunately it was already rented. My advice; stay a week there is more to do here than meets the eye and there is so much to choose from and this house is in a great location for all of it. Enjoy!

I love to travel myself, so I really believe in the AirBnB travel model. My dream vacation is a month in Tuscany with my dog Thor (he's a Shephard/Doberman mix), touring vineyards and drinking wine; then going back to Rome to spend a month there!
