Die Villa La Joia ist ein traditionelles spanisches Landhaus (oder Finca) auf zwei Etagen mit Blick auf Olivenhaine, die bis zum Mittelmeer reichen. Die Villa La Joia befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von Stränden, Dörfern, Geschäften und lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Frühstück auf der oberen Terrasse, Mittagessen unter dem schattigen Johannisbrotbaum, Grillabend oder Familienessen am großen Küchentisch - in der Villa La Joia können Sie mit Freunden und der Familie die besten Produkte der Region genießen.

Der Haupteingang der Villa führt in eine große Bauernküche. Dies ist das Herzstück des Hauses mit einem Esstisch im Landhausstil und einem bequemen Stuhl neben dem Holzofen.

Von der Küche führt ein kleiner Flur zum Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, dem Hauptbadezimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer - mit Super-Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Das Erdgeschoss hat auch ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen, in zwei Einzelbetten und Etagenbetten.

Die Treppe von der Küche führt in den oberen Flur, in dem sich ein Sofa und ein Bücherregal befinden und in dem Sie wunderbar lesen können. Von diesem oberen Flur aus gibt es eine große Lounge mit offenem Kamin, Sofas, Bücherregal und Fernseher. Das Doppelzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls im Obergeschoss.

Der obere Flur führt auf die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, L’Ametlla de Mar und die umliegenden Hügel. Ein Ende der Terrasse ist überdacht und bietet einen schattigen Platz für einen Esstisch im Freien und 10 Stühle, während das andere Ende der Terrasse Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien bietet und den ganzen Tag über die Sonne genießt.

Great Location and everything you need for a relaxing break

We arranged to get together with family and friends from Australia and U.K. for 2 weeks at Billy's place. It was everything we wanted. Isolated, yet near authentic Spanish towns and lots and lots of small and large beaches to suit every taste. Billy's place has a great terrace with views for the sea, as well as all the facilities you might need to enjoy your time including table tennis, snooker table and especially the pool where we could cool ourselves down. More than we could dream of...

We were there in the beginning of july 2019. After a 1400km trip we had a nice welcome from Billy, the host. He was amazing: friendly, always available if wanted/necessary and at the end he asked for feedback. He checkt the pool whenever possible. The house itself had two Parts: the villa, as described in the add, and a smaller one with a pooltable in it and a pingpongtable next to it. Everything was very clean and spacious. And everything (really everything) was there! More glasses, plates,...than needed but even extra linnen, ventilators, babycod, little lights, ... Also really nice was the terras upstairs and the fact that every window had bars and a fly-net. When they kids were sleeping we could sit upstairs without fear. The pool was ideal for the kids and our own refreshment...and bigger than on the picture. And the biggest plus: there were people a five minuten walk from us but it seemed like we had the valley on our own. Loved it! Thank you, Billy!

Lovely furnished and beautiful holiday home in a great environment

We have spent two wonderful weeks in Billy´s holiday home. The house is very nice and beautifully furnished. From the roof terrace there is a nice view over the olive groves and the mediterranian sea. The garden has many nice and comfortable places of retreat. The big dining table in an old tree´s shadow is a nice place as well. The ambiance of the illuminated bool bar can certainly compete with the Berlin city beach bars :-)! Apart from that the swimming pool is hygienic and taken care of very nicely. Billy is a wonderful host who cautiously takes care that everything is fine with the holiday home. Moreover he passionately gave us insider tips about the most beautiful places in the area. We would visit this beautiful house again at any time. Thanks Billy for a great stay in catalunya. Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in Billys Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Olivenhaine bis zum Mittelmeer. Der Garten bietet viele schöne Ecken, in denen auch jeder seinen eigenen kleinen Rückzugsort findet. Auch der große Esstisch, im Schatten unter einem alten Baum ist ein bezaubernder Lieblingsort. Das Ambiente der beleuchteten Poolbar kann sich durchaus mit den Berlin-Mitte-Strandbars messen :-)! Der Pool ist super gepflegt. Billy ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber der sich rührend und zurückhaltend darum gekümmert hat, das alles im Haus in Ordnung ist. Er hat uns mit viel Leidenschaft Tips für die schönsten Orte der Umgebung gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das schönes Ferienhaus besuchen! Danke Billy für den tollen Aufenthalt in Katalonien!

A wonderful place to be!

We stayed in Villa La Joia with two families with Kids in age between 1 and 6 years old and it fits for everyone. We are absolutely excited about our holidays! The Pool ist fenced and you can lock it. Theres a childrens high chair and a stair grid. There are also fly screens in front of every window. The villa is clean and set up in so many lovely details, beautiful paintings and every kind of stuff you might need! Billy, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome and helped us out whenever we had a question or a problem. There are many things to do or to see in the near environment. Now back at home, we really miss the amazing wide view over olive groves. To make it short: -beautiful House - amazing surrounding -Perfect host Thank you Billy, for giving us the feeling of coming home! Greetings from Germany!

Fantastic break, beautiful views, so much to do!

We booked a week at the villa following a few days sightseeing in Barcelona and wished we'd booked two! Billy's welcome couldn't have been warmer and the supplies provided for our arrival were particularly appreciated. Billy was on hand to answer questions and offer help if we needed it during the week. The children loved the pool and the Cassita and most evenings were spent playing pool there following dinner on the terrace. The views from the terrace are stunning. We managed a day at Miravet castle where the journey across by ferry was certainly an experience! We also visited the Roman sights at Tarragona and spent a fun filled but tiring day at Ferrariland and Port Aventura as well as some more relaxing days pottering around the local villages and beaches. First time in Catalonia and we certainly want to go back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice house in a beautiful environment and a very friendly owner

Is is a wonderfull house in a beautiful environment. Very nice to relaxe with a beautiful view. It is like coming home with al the nice stuff like windlights, paintings, art en magazines to read. The owner Billy is really very friendly, he does everything to make it a nice holiday. We had a lot of fun with him. Our kids (8, 14, 16 years old) were well-liked with the swimmingpool, table tennis, pooltable and darts. There were nice beaches not far away en nice villages to visit. Enough to do!

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique hacienda

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Billy dans cette charmante maison aux terrasses qui permettent d'être dehors à toute heure. Nous avons adoré le cadre et la vue dégagée, la situation géographique qui permet de nombreuses visites intéressantes. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la salle de jeux et la piscine sont de véritables atouts. Tout était réuni pour des vacances réussies. Un grand merci à Billy pour ses conseils de visites et de baignades !

Un grand merci!!!

Superbe région, Magnifique villa et très agréable Billy! Nous avons rejoint la villa avec un couple d'amis et leurs trois enfants, nous étions au total 4 adultes et 5 enfants. tout étaient prévu pour nous accueillir, adéquats, très fonctionnels et a porté de main. Les alentours de la villa sont très vert et propice au ballade, très isolé tout en étant à 5 minutes du centre ville et 10 minutes des plus belles crique. Au fur et à mesure de la journée, l'ombre est accessible car il existe plein de petites terrasses autour de la villa.Nous avons chaque jours mangé à la terrasse de l'étage qui a une vue imbattable sur la mer et les collines. Les enfants ont joué tous les jours dans la piscine pendant que nous les surveillons du bar qui est à l'ombre toute la journée. Très tard en soirée, la vue de la terrasse est merveilleuse les lumières de la cote et les étoiles ont très bien accompagnées les bonnes bouteilles de vin régionaux. Les habitants locaux sont très sympa et nous remercions spécialement Zina, Nelson et Sydney pour leur compagnie. Encore un grand merci à Billy pour son accueille, Amitié, Luc.

Idyllic Spanish Villa

Arrived in the evening to stay the week for my niece's wedding and was immediately impressed with the Mediterranean style of the property as I joined family already enjoying the outside dining area. The exterior bar, the sparkling pool, the beautiful landscape - we were in Spain, on vacation in style! My grand first impression was riveled only by experiencing the property in the light of day. The villa sits within stone terraced rolling hills of olive trees and other tropical vegetation including pomegranate, fig, carob and palm trees. The view from every part of the property is breathtaking, but from the upstairs terrace it is seemingly surreal as you look over this landscape down to the sea. The owner has the villa well maintained, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. He was very accommodating and flexible with our dates of stay as we had many family members staying at varying times. I would absolutely return to this lovely Spanish villa. Until then, thank you Billy for ensuring a perfect stay.

Superbe villa très bien située idéale pour des vacances au calme en famille

Cette villa correspondait tout à fait à notre retrouvaille familiale , fonctionnelle pour accueillir 5 adultes et 5 enfants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine qui est bien sécurisée et la table de ping pong. Les différentes terrasses extérieures nous ont permis de trouver de l'ombre à tout moment de la journée. Les plages sont à un quart d'heure en voiture , Tarragone une très belle ville à découvrir ; et qu'il est agréable une fois rentrés à la villa de se délasser au milieu des oliviers au calme sur les chaises longues; Le propriétaire Billy a toujours été très souriant et à l'écoute , encore Merci à BILLY
