John and his party arrived a day early and where accommodated last minute. They were biking the palouse trail close by and offered to be assisted in getting groceries 5 miles away since the house is rural. Which is definitely not typical. He originally said 5 people but had 6 adult men. No shortage of surprises for their stay. The reservation description clearly says the criteria to book and is based off of the amount of people after 2 people. Which is typical of most vacation rentals. The ring doorbell security camera is there like any house with a doorbell security camera. Comes in handy when people are deceiving about what the reservation says like a dog or unaccounted extra people like his group. Overall this guest was below average and didn't seem to care much about anything but what his party was doing.

Thought she/they and her girlfriend where staying at the Ritz Carleton in Beverly Hills for 2 nights. I wasnt going to accept the reservation but decided to. Boy was that a mistake. She/they made a huge mess, threatened me, and didn't follow any house rules. Purple blue hair in the bed and broke the bed. Left jelly beans and sugary snacks on the floor and around. Instead of cleaning it up, took a video of ants crawling on it to show me. I was very disappointed in this guest as i try very hard to do a good job hosting people and providing a nice, clean, safe place to stay and enjoy. In a rural area that has no other vacation rentals. I told them if their not happy they can check out and i would give them a refund and if they want to continue with made up problems to get a discount it wouldn't end well. They said no they would stay but proceeded to cause problems, make threats and a huge mess. I definitely wouldn't recommend these people to future hosts. On a good note the shower wasnt used and didnt to have to be cleaned.
