The flat can accommodate 4 travelers thanks to its bedroom and its sleeping area on the mezzanine.
You will also have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The big plus: a beautiful terrace of 30m2 and the beach at 150m.

## Logement
Ideal for 4 travellers, the accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double mattress.
The flat also has the following facilities: Coffee machine (filters), Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine.
Little extra: the flat is in the former COCO CHANEL workshops, the fresco in the flat is from the period!
You can also enjoy a lunch on this beautiful 30m2 terrace. Deckchairs are also available.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest. The apartment is above the great Italian restaurant COCO.

The flat is located in the heart of Biarritz city centre, 150m from the first beach. You will be able to do your shopping at the Halles de Biarritz which is 500m away and the nearest pharmacy is 350m away.
A short walk of 900m will take you to the beautiful Biarritz Aquarium.

The flat does not have a private car park, but it is possible to use the one at the casino, 1min walk away, where it is possible to take out a weekly pass.

## Emplacement
Biarritz is located in the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in the southwest of France. Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, the town has 4 kilometres of coastline in the hollow of the Bay of Biscay, less than 25 kilometres from the border with Spain.
The town is known for its waves and surf spots, which attract many surfers every year, both beginners and advanced.
