This luxury coastal chic getaway features beautiful high-end furnishings, crown molding, ceramic tile with carpet in the bedrooms, beveled mirror living room wall, dining for four plus bar stools, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with upgraded cabinetry and wine rack, and a washer/dryer on-site. With three TVs, three DVD players, a VCR, and a CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the wonderful features of The Beach House 202A. You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person). Outdoor activities are endless in Miramar Beach and a comfortable set of furnishings will do wonders for your tired body. Come back home from a fun-filled day to kick back and relax on the sofa with a cold beverage in hand. If you still have some energy saved up, a refreshing splash in the outdoor swimming pool will be ideal.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
