The Turquoise Kitten Nob Hill Studio Casita garage pet friendly private yard
The Turquoise Kitten is the studio casita attached to the garage for The Turquoise Cat, our main house situated on a large corner lot in a quiet area of Nob Hill.
The Kitten has a kitchenette that includes; a programmable coffeemaker drip/k cup, electric kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave and a mid sized refrigerator/freezer. There is a full sized gas grill with a side burner right outside the back door.
A bar height table with stools, tray tables with recliners or the large table on the patio are good spots for eating and working.
The chairs recline for watching the 55â TV with soundbar. Full cable package with DVR and Hulu provided. Large wardrobe rack, lots of hangers and bins help keep you organized. The memory foam Queen Size bed comes with two sets of sheets and towels, extra available upon request.
We are currently using a free standing AC unit and it keeps it very comfortable and can be controlled remotely.
Fast WiFi, Ring alarm and cameras will help you stay secure and connected throughout the property.
The Turquoise Kitten is pet friendly, please let us know what furry (or feathered) friends you plan to bring. The private backyard is secure for dogs and there is a small covered patio.
The Kitten comes with one garage. Parking in the driveway is permitted. The neighborhood has lots of unrestricted street parking. The garages have a door between them but the yards and entrances are separate. Guests are informed if others are staying on the property.
We ask our long-term guests to occasionally put out and bring in the garbage/recycling bins and do backyard poop patrol weekly if used.
We have a cleaner/helper available for an extra charge. They can clean, pick up/drop off laundry at the Fluff & Fold and walk your dog. Please ask us, we are happy to help.

This neighborhood is part of the College View Addition and showcases a variety of regionally inspired houses popular during WWII. The Nob Hill area was added to the National Register of Historic Properties in 2001 as a well preserved example of the early automobile suburbs.
The neighborhood is popular with dog walkers, joggers and even parasailing skateboarders - safe and family friendly.
