We have owned this condo for over 15 years - our family loves to come here to relax and enjoy all that Scottsdale/Phoenix has to offer!

We have had many repeat guests over the years who love this condo as much as we do!

This condo features three bedrooms and two baths, a full kitchen, family room, laundry room and garage. The family room has a hide-a-way bed - the condo can comfortably sleep 6. The clubhouse features a lovely heated pool and hot tub outdoors, with a workout facility and a pool table indoors.

Conveniently located at the intersection of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. and Shea Blvd - with easy access to the 101, Fountain Hills, and North Scottsdale.

Loved our time in Scottsdale! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! The gated community was quiet and the amenities perfect for a relaxing get away. Bob provided lots of great tips for the area and responded quickly when we had a small issue upon arrival. We highly recommend Bob & Lisa's condo!

This condo was fantastic and the location was great! The condo was very well-stocked with everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were heated at a perfect temperature. Bob was very communicative and responsive. We had one issue with the internet, and he promptly had Comcast do a remote equipment reset that fixed the issue. We will definitely stay there again whenever we visit the area if it is available.

Great Condo

Great Condo in an gated community. Outstanding outdoor areas with large pool, fire pit, grilling areas and jacuzzi. Inside has all the comforts of home. Great location, shopping and restaurants are very close. Community also has a very nice clubhouse and workout facility.

Great space and location

Spacious unit and well stocked kitchen. Easy to prepare meals or head out to many fine restaurants in the area. We are looking forward to returning next year. Pool was wonderful. Great communication with owner. Thanks Bob!!

Everything was great.

Loved this condo. Great layout with plenty of room, beautiful setting with big pool and hot tub, pool table and fitness center is a plus. Comes with nicely stocked kitchen, paper products, cleaning supplies. Location is great between Fountain Hills and main Scottsdale. Great communication with owner, Bob. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful home with exceptional owners

We truly got more that we bargained for with this rental. This home is exceptional and the location is unbelievable. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. We enjoyed our evening walks after sunset knowing we were safe. The common gas grills are a nice addition and very clean and we used them on a few occasions. The whole neighborhood is clean and very well maintained. The pre-check-in instructions were thorough and everything was ready when we walked in the door. One of the highest compliments I can give an owner is that I did not need to contact them for anything. Everything worked and everything was great. We simply came and enjoyed the beautiful weather and the long walks in the nearby McDowell-Sonoran preserve. Bob and Lisa are wonderful hosts and make your stay perfect. We will stay there again if possible.

We were truly fortunate to find this property on VRBO. We worked closely with the owner to agree upon dates for our stay at their lovely Scottsdale home and we could not have been any happier with our stay.Upon arrival the condo was fresh and wonderfully clean. It is outfitted with everything needed for a long-term, comfortable stay (we were there for appropriately 3 months). There is room enough to entertain some friends and the outdoor balcony was a great amenity at any time of day.This gated development is amazing with a heated, resort style pool, gym and nice walking path. The overall location is ideal for getting everywhere in the greater Phoenix area. Shopping, dining, sports events, shows,you name it, are all within easy reach.We cannot imagine ever staying anywhere else. A huge thank you to the owners!

Great Experience

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Bob was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The condo was as advertised and the surrounding property/amenities were also top notch. From relaxing at the pool to working out in the exercise room to finishing up the day in the hot tub, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location was awesome - within walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. As well, pickleball courts, golf courses and trailheads were only a short drive away. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us.

Perfect spot

We felt like we won the lottery finding this condo . The location was awesome. The condo was well supplied and comfortable. The pool , hot tub and grill were conveniently located and the grounds were immaculate. Loved having the garage and entrance into the condo from the garage. The owners were accommodating and quick to respond to our questions . Needing to stay an extra day the owners were more than generous in allowing us to extend our stay . We really enjoyed our first time VRBO experience and look forward to next year.
