This one-of-a-kind condominium is the largest in the building, featuring 11+ foot ceilings, 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, and sweeping views of the beautiful Panama City Beach. You won't believe your eyes as you stand on the huge balcony; it's double the length of the next closest balcony in size with over 40 feet of Gulf of Mexico frontage. The unit boasts lots of living space to spread out, including an open floor plan with separate dining area, pantry and laundry room with Full-Sized Washer/Dryer. Light pours in through the 3 sets of sliding doors leading out to the balcony and water views. Paradise awaits you in this luxurious unit! The bedrooms are the most expansive in the building with one King bedroom with en suite bathroom overlooking the Gulf, another King master and en suite bathroom on the bay side, as well as a full third bedroom with mega-sized bunks and play space for the kiddos. There is even a third bathroom in the hall to accompany the bunk room and provide accessibility to all guests. The bedroom with the bunk beds features two bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and twin sizes on the top.
Located directly on the beautiful Emerald Coast, this condo is on the 2nd floor within the high-end, newly constructed Sterling Breeze Resort - easily accessible to the overpass walkway to the garage and only one floor from the pool, gym, and beach.

When you're here, you're only steps from the pool, beach, and entertainment, just bring the suntan lotion!
