Beautifully remodeled and positioned in the heart of Steamboat Springs, this ski-in/out condo is ready to assist in making the best mountain memories. This lovely home is packed with views of the Steamboat Ski Area and the large open kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and looks out towards the living area and dining area. The dining area has a large table with plenty of seating for the family to enjoy meals or indulge in some friendly competition with a board game. During downtime, everyone will love the luxury living area complete with a cozy gas fireplace, TV, DVD player, and a large sofa to relax on. Plus, the private balcony looks up to the slopes making for a perfect place to enjoy a favorite drink each night while reminiscing about the day.
The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.
Things to Know No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pack n plays and highchairs available for guest use upon request The property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Clean and comfortable. Loved being close to the mountain. It was a very short walk out onto the plaza to ski down to the main gondolas. There are also a few restaurant options in the condo plaza area, and then more at the main base that are within easy walking distance. Garage parking was also nice to have.

Great Location
We have been to Steamboat many times, and Torian Plum is or favourite place to stay. Easy parking, easy/short walk to the new gondola and the slopes. This unit is in good condition and size - prefcet for us.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location
The condo is gorgeous, sophisticated in decor and finishes, well stocked, with full view of the mountain and literally steps away from the ski lifts. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had trouble with the heat in the room at night, but that was addressed. The booking and check-in experience was flawless, we had good communication with the property manager prior to the arrival. Thanks again for a great vacation stay!

I am glad you noticed how beautiful and well equipped this condo is. It is one nicest kitchens in Torian Plum. The location is great as you mentioned, just steps to the snow.
The heaters you mentioned are electric baseboard heat and heat the condo well if you know how to adjust them correctly, but I am glad we were able to help you with this.

Great Condo!
We have been coming to Steamboat for many years and stayed many places including Torian Plum. This condo was one the of the nicest and most convenient, and with great views! Condo is beautiful on the interior, and the owners have thought of pretty much everything you may need. Even has its own wine cooler which was nice. Highly recommend this unit. Usually we (my wife an I) go to Steamboat by ourselves so a one bedroom unit is usually what we need. But we went with another couple this year and this condo was perfect. Five stars!

Great Location- needs some updating, not enough hot water.
Location is amazing, unfortunately there are some issues with the unit. The biggest one being that the hot water was not enough for more than one shower at a time - then had to wait an hour or longer for more hot water which was really inconvenient for family of four. Also the ski locker and hall closet was filled with random items, pool toys, parts, lamps, etc which made it difficult to store our jackets and skis. The carpet is worn out in areas, the place could use some updating and decluttering of the closets. For the cost of the place we expected more.

Great ski-in/out condo
We stayed in Torian Plum Plaza. The location of the building is great, just a few steps to the slopes and immediately adjacent to several dining options and only a few hundred feet from the Steamboat base gondola area. Love the fact that the ski storage locker is a locked closet right next to the condo entrance, very convenient. The condo itself was terrific. Clean, nicely decorated, great kitchen, spacious and comfortable for 4 of us. The check-in/out staff in the lobby couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. Vacasa was generally good at providing timely information, except when I had to change our rental time from 7 to 4 days. This happened within a week of the original booking and the nightly unit price increased a bit after I reduced the number of days. Despite repeated enquiries, several of which received no response, I never received a satisfactory explanation for this. Nevertheless the overall experience was great and I highly recommend this rental for skiers.

Clean but too warm for the summer time
Our condo was clean and big enough for our family of 4. The Pool/hot tub was awesome. We went in August and I made sure to click “air conditioner” for my filters- unfortunately there was only one AC in the master and two VERy VERy old portable fans. Other than the master with the AC on, all other rooms were very warm during the day and night. My children did not sleep well. I would highly recommend being more clear in the description and add ceiling fans throughout the condo (& updated portable fans). Otherwise we had a great time (on little sleep).

The property and location were great.
There was no heat in the master bathroom. They left us a portable heater so that did the trick, but if we shut it off it got really cold in there. We did not know this the first night and shut it off. Bad idea.
The TV was difficult to operate. When you pay $300 per night it would be nice to just turn it on not mess with 5 different remotes trying to figure out what one to use. We had to call the front desk to help us get it working.
I would definitely stay here again.

We are sorry you had trouble with the master bedroom heat. There is electric base board heating in there and it does work fine;
however I know it was very cold in Steamboat during your stay and that is why we left you an extra heater.
There is a wonderful TV/surround sound system in the condo as you mentioned which does include many remotes. There was a guide on how to use the TV system, so I am sorry you did have difficulty with this. I will update the instructions again to make sure they are more clear.
