It has a modern kitchen, with canned lighting, and a large curved bar with high comfortable seating. Nostalgic modern Hawaiian prints line the walls, There is no dining table inside which opens the unit to more space. The shower is done completely in tile. The lamps are Hawaiian deco. Enjoy the many open air shops in Central Kihei. Kalama Village Marketplace is across from the Whale and Aloha Marketplace is across from Kukui Mall host dozens of vendors who offer unique Hawaiian and Polynesian souvenirs, clothing and gifts.
**Air conditioning is included in the rate during the low season dates of: May 1st - October 31st.
*During high season: November 1st - April 30th Air conditioning is an option for an additional cost of $25/night +tax, to be paid at the front desk.)
* The condo is located on the second floor. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
