Our lovely top floor, ocean view condo is steps to the beach and pool. Located in the ‘B’ building, you are only a short walk to the gorgeous beach and Hilton Head Island’s largest beachfront pool. The 3rd floor is accessed via stairs or elevator with ramp access into the building.

There is a queen bed in the private bedroom, adjacent shipmate bunk beds in the hall, and a full sized sofa bed. It is perfect for a couple but can accommodate a family of 3.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need including – stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, separate coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and all pots/pans/utensils.

The balcony has 4 chairs and 2 side tables, perfect for sitting with your morning coffee watching the sunrise or something a bit stronger in the evening as the sun sets.

Additional amenities include free Wifi and cable TV. There is a washer and dryer room located on the second floor of the B building.

The Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort is a secured oceanfront community with many amenities including two pools, kiddie pool, 8 lighted tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts (more coming soon!), fitness center, 3 on-site restaurants, sno-cone shack, catch and release fishing pond, surf fishing, on-site bicycle rental, picnicking/grilling, playground, volleyball, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. In the summer, there are weekly events/activities for kids and adults (The Dive-In Movie night is always a huge hit!).

The resort is located mid-island, which is close to all the attractions that Hilton Head has to offer, including many dining options, putt-putt, Harbor Town, dolphin tours, shopping in Shelter Cove, and fishing excursions.

We have a 2 night minimum stay. We will also give a discount for multiple week reservations and monthly rentals.
