Discover the Villa Ameza, a beautiful moroccan estate in the Palmeraie. Perfectly equipped and decorated to spend wonderful holidays up to 14 guests. The beautiful and manicured park can host event.

The villa has a private swimming pool surrounded by colourful flowers. There is an outdoor dining and lounge area perfect for al fresco dining and aperitif. Palm trees and olive trees brings fruits and shade to a large grassy area.

Inside different living rooms, a dining area and 7 double en suite bedrooms distributed among the 2 level of the villa. Some bedrooms provides a beautiful view of the Atlas mountains and palm grove of Marrakech.

Everything is at the right place to spend a wonderful vacation at Villa Ameza!

The villa is only rent in exclusivity, you will be the only one client during your stay.

You can enjoy all the villa common parts and outdoors.

The number of opened bedroom depends of the number of people
(unless special demand)

If you require more bedrooms, it is possible depending of the chosen villa. Spare beds can be booked once all the bedrooms of the villas are occupied and paid for. We exceptionally accept spare beds reservation without a full capacity occupation for children under 12 years old and baby beds.

If you choose to use the kitchen on your own, we ask for a cleaning fee of 50€ by the end of your stay. (if required)

Deposit : the day of your arrival, your concierge will ask you for a deposit. Generally a card number.

Alcohol : since we do not have any licence. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.

External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.
