Walk into our Open, Bright Waterfront Getaway on the Guadalupe River! We're a short drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, & the Whitewater Amphitheater. Fully furnished with everything you need to have an amazing vacation! The home is 2 beds & 2 baths, the master has a private bath. .In total 3 queens and 2 twins. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need. Enjoy multiple waterfront decks with 3 different seating areas, a grill, a fire-pit, and a picnic table.
- Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour.
- Great for families and children. Booking age Requirement 25 years old.

- Must read and agree to House Rules & Rental Agreement.
- No illegal Drugs.
- No loud sounds after 10 PM.

- Extra guest fees are $10 per guest per night.
- Pet fees are one-time $25 plus $10 per pet per night.
- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine of $50 per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.

Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. We will charge $250 if we find out. 6. No Aggressive pets. The Pet Deposit is $25.00, non-refundable and an additional $10 per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above plus a $100 penalty.

Go inside to the newly remodeled open kitchen with quartz countertops and and bar which seats 4, the kitchen table which seats 6, walk into the living room with walls of huge picture windows over looking the water. Watch your favorite shows and movies on the large Flat Screen Smart TV, with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu (watch live TV Sports, News, and the weather), Down the hallway is a newly remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower. Down the hall to the right is a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Across the hall is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and restroom with a stand up shower, attached closet, and smart TV with all of the apps you need! The living room sleeps 4, the Couch has a pull out bed and there are two ottomans that pull out to twins. Walk outside to the deck and you will be overlooking the the water, enjoy coffee or a glass of wine on the large wood, captain chairs or glass table. Walk down the stairs to the deck below find a fridge to keep your drinks and food cold while your footing the river. There is a washer and drier in the laundry room. There is also a charcoal grill, fire-pit, picnic table, 4 rocking chairs and more captain chairs to sit on and eat on and enjoy the views. Grab some rafts and go down to the right through our private gate, down the ladder right into the water and float the days away! Please park across the street on our property. There is no parking inside of the gate. The water is just a step out the door. If you are going to go tubing, rafting or paddle boarding, Rockin R is right next door (there are several within walking distance). They have everything you need for a fun day on the river. After booking, we will send you a copy of our short-term rental agreement and arrival and departure instructions, we also ask for you to provide a copy of your ID for verification. Booking Guest must be 25 or older to book. Under aged guests must be accompanied by an Adult 25 yrs of age or older accepting full responsibility for guests under 25, and must be staying as well. There are pets allowed for an additional fee, and we must also approve. Any guests beyond the guest count may also accrue costs, so it you have a pet or additional guests beyond the 8 that are sleeping at the property we must be informed.
