Let yourself be tempted by this cozy-comfy 2 bedroom apartment where you will have the luxury of being able to have breakfast (or cocktails), quietly installed on your two-level terrace with sea view. Sure to please the whole family.

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

- The first terrace level, long and accessible from all rooms, offering a great view and furnished with a dining table for 4.

- A beautiful living/dining room with a dining table for 6, sofa and armchairs, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the first terrace.

- A separate kitchen with everything you will need during your stay, including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?), as well as all major appliances plus a kettle and a toaster (but management is not responsible for how the bread is toasted).

- The first bedroom suite with a king size bed, full bathroom with toilets and plenty of storage space.

- The second bedroom with 2 single beds, storage space and separate shower room.

- Separate toilets, but they don't mind being separate (and you probably won't mind either).

- And finally, the highlight of this apartment, a rooftop terrace of about 100m², with an outdoor lounge set, sunbathing chairs and spectacular view of the sea and the swimming pool. The best spot for the best BBQ meals with family or friends.

- Easy access to the city center by car.
- Gated residential property.
- Swimming pool on the property.
- Private parking just at the foot of the building.
- Double-pane window for maximum comfort and peace.
- High-speed wifi connection because all you need is love and wifi.

- House linen is provided, including 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person.
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, etc...)
- But, sorry, no evening parties or celebrations allowed.

**Some geography so you know where you are**:

From where you'll stay, you will be able to drive to your favorite spot in town in less than nine and a half minute (except if you keep driving in first gear or reverse):

- Reach the Midi beaches and try to find a spot to set your beach gear.

- Head to the famous Croisette for a beach visit or a stroll along the seafront (and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats).

- Get to the the Cannes station and board a train for an unknown destination (or not).

- Go take a selfie like a movie star (everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for business.

- Beat the cobblestones in the medieval Suquet district and go order a red-snapper filet at Beija Fior or load up on postcards and very tiny but very expensive souvenirs.

- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

**To make your life easier**:

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a baby cot bed or a high chair for your little travel companions. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.

**Good to Know**:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
