**The apartment will offer you the following amenities:**

- A beautiful living space with a relaxing atmosphere including sofa, dining table, TV, and opening to the terrace featuring a southeast exposure and a panoramic view to the sea from the Cap d'Antibes to the Lérins islands. (You will have a prime spot to view all the fireworks during the french summer holiday season, right from your own terrace!)

- A semi-open kitchen, well equipped with all you will need during your stay, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (What Else?), plus all appliances and the dishes and tableware expected in top-rated vacation rentals.

- A first bedroom suite, with private bathroom with shower, double bed and storage space.

- A second bedroom with queen size bed, twice as much storage space and an adjacent bathroom with shower.

- Separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own, and you probably won't mind either.

- Two tennis courts: free, but you must make a reservation at the front desk to play.

- Apartment located on the 6th floor, allowing a magnificent unobstructed view to the coast line, from the Cap d'Antibes to the Estérel hills and the Lérins islands.
- A shuttle to the center of Cannes, so you can avoid the traffic and time spent looking for a parking spot in town. The time table for the shuttle is posted in the reception area.

- Air conditioning.
- High-speed Wifi connection because all you need is love and wifi.

- A set of clean bed sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel is provided per person. Unfortunately, the size are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them.
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, etc...)
- But, sorry, no evening parties or celebrations allowed, to protect everyone's peace and quiet.

**Some geography, so you know where you are:**

After just a short drive (or bike ride), you will reach the Avenue Maréchal Juin, a main thoroughfare in Cannes that will allow you to access the following points of interests within less than five and a half minutes:

- The famous beaches of the Mouré Rouge or the Palm Beach areas.

- The Boulevard Alexandre III for a night out to the theater

- Visit the harbor of Port Canto to rent a yacht (or just sit on a bench along the docks and do people-watch).

- Enjoy a cocktail at the Bijou Plage beach club (with or without alcohol, depending on who's driving)

- Stroll along the Croisette and either take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats.

- Go further and explore the beaches of Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins.

**To make your life easier:**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a table at a vegan, Indian or Chinese restaurant. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.

**Good to know:**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
