My daughter, her bestie, and I stayed in this unit 03/30 - 04/06/2024 for their last high school spring break. The view is breathtaking! The balcony doors slid easily, and had an extra lock. I loved having an icemaker, and a spacious refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked with All things needed to prepare and serve a meal. The girls enjoyed using the blender for morning smoothies. The bureau in the dining area had table cloths, placemats and decor to use for any season. The rooms were nicely decorated with beachy motif and cherubs mixed in. I loved the photo of the owners in the frame...nice, personal touch. The closets were roomy and had blankets for extra comfort. I Loved the GE stackable washer/dryer. The showers had what appeared to be fresh, out of the pkg liners in each bathroom.
After we had spent our first night there, I recieved a text asking about our stay so far. There was a loose screw in the door latch above the lock handle. I texted that, and they offered immediately to have someone come repair it. Customer service at it's best. It meant a lot to me as I am a mom traveling alone with teens. Safety is important.
I have stayed in this complex several times, and there is almost always a kink with the elevators. It is frustrating to be on the 8th floor and have to walk up to your condo. The owners of these units have NO CONTROL over this, but it must be noted in review.
