27 Skiptory Howe ist eine moderne, zentral beheizte Luxus-Lodge mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die Platz für 4/5 * Personen bietet. * Es gibt ein kleines zusammenklappbares Schaumstoffbett, das für ein Kind geeignet wäre. Die Lodge verfügt über eine komfortabel eingerichtete geräumige Lounge, eine Küche und einen Essbereich. Die Küche verfügt über einen eingebauten Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Backofen, einen Herd und eine Mikrowelle. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Doppelbett und ein eigenes Badezimmer (Dusche) sowie ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Familienbad (Badewanne mit Dusche). Fantastic accomodation, great location

We would definitley reccomend this accomodation, and would happily stay here again.The lodge has a great layout, and lots of useful info was sent to us by the owner before we arrived.Staying at the lodge is like staying in someones home, much better than staying a sparse rental, and this really added to our holiday.

A lovely cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The cabin is immaculately clean and has everything that you could want. It was a great base for everything we wanted to do in the beautiful Lake District.

Well Equiped Lodge on a Very Well Managed Site

We have enjoyed a very comfortable short stay at this very well equiped and well presented lodge. As others have said it is on a very large site but the lodge is in a quiet location. We particularly enjoyed the woodland walk to the small marina and the lake frontage which was beautiful. We had good communication with the hosts who responded to any questions we had very quickly.

Heart of Lake District

The property had everything we needed, including a deck and BBQ. The resort had a shop, pool, bar and restaurant but we tended to walk and tour all day and eat at the house which had a fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely Lodge

Stayed 3 nights with friends. We were all impressed as soon as we walked in. The lodge was beautiful it had everything you needed. Comunication with the owners was excellent. We will definately be staying again.

Windermere Weekend

Just returned home from three nights at this lovely lodge. Located in a quiet part of a large site, it is well maintained and immaculately clean. We were blessed with excellent weather and as an added bonus got a display of the Northern Lights. Everything you need is at this lodge, just add food and some wine and you will have a great time. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great 5 star lodge

Lodge was great everything you needed even, Netflix, sky and great dishwasher. Rooms sizes great and balcony was massive with large table and chairs and bbq. Only minor point is that the outside of the lodge could have been cleaner. But will definitely be back Rodger and Hazel quick to reply to any questions. Lodge location brilliant and on site facilities great also. Can’t wait to book again. Thanks for letting us stay in your lodge.

Home away from home

We had such a lovely short break! The lodge is really well situated; close enough to the main site hub and play areas (for those with children) but tucked up out of the way to allow for a nice quiet and peaceful location. We were able to check in a little early as we received communication from the host that the lodge was clean and ready from around 1-2pm; this was greatly appreciated! We found the lodge to be really comfortable with everything you can possibly need and more. Access to a BBQ, large deck with lots of seating choices, lots of cooking equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

I stayed here with my parents and 2 year old daughter for 3 nights and it was perfect. Perfect lodge in a perfect location. I would highly recommend this property, it was clean with everything you needed, and the communication with owners was great and they were very helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future 🙂

Clean and well equipped

We really enjoyed our stay in the lodge. The communication with the owners was great - efficient and informative. The property was very clean, well equipped, warm, cosy. One thing to note, as the owner had warned us in advance, the internet connection isn't great. Thank you for a great stay.

Very good apart from a few minor cleansing issues.

Only minor thing was a few things such as bedding and kitchen towels had stains and marks on. Apart from this all was very good.

We live in Poulton-le-Fylde, a small market town on the outskirts of Blackpool. We love to go walking in the Lake District and our lodge is both a home-from-home and an "away from it all" retreat where we can relax and unwind and enjoy the tranquility and beautiful scenery that surrounds us. When we are not using it ourselves we let it out and we hope that guests treat it with respect and enjoy staying there as much as we always do.

Recently refurbished the lodge is in a very pleasant, quiet area of the White Cross Bay park but within a few minutes walking distance of the main reception/bar/restaurant/swimming pool complex and children's outdoor play areas.
