However, we would like to provide some important context regarding the accessibility of the cabin during your stay. At the time of your arrival, our local maintenance team and other guests in neighboring cabins confirmed that the road was passable for 4WD/AWD vehicles, which is a requirement we clearly state in our booking description and pre-arrival messages. While we understand that conditions can be intimidating to those unfamiliar with mountain terrain after a storm, the road remained open and accessible to those with the appropriate vehicle type. Our cancellation policy remains in effect for weather-related events that do not result in official road closures, as we cannot be held responsible for a guest's comfort level or vehicle capabilities. We did our best to provide real-time updates based on the ground conditions we observed, and we are sorry that you chose to seek alternative accommodations. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to emphasize the necessity of 4WD for winter stays to avoid future misunderstandings.
