The private bedroom includes a queen bed and full bath, with a second vanity near the kitchen for added guest convenience. Free parking is located just outside the door, and the Red Pine Clubhouse is directly across the street—just a short walk away.

The clubhouse also offers lounge seating, restrooms with showers, and is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Additional conveniences include laundry facilities at the clubhouse (accepting quarters, cards, or mobile app), Comcast cable with Showtime, and a complimentary starter supply of coffee, sparkling water, sodas, and light snacks.

Clubhouse Hours (Seasonal)
- Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Winter (Friday after Thanksgiving to 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Closed: The Clubhouse is closed from the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from the day after Labor Day to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance.
