We have just had a great week at this property. It has everything you need for your stay. Is clean and comfortable.The location is perfect. Walking distance to cafes, supermarket, bars and restaurants.10 min drive to local beaches and the pool across the road is perfect.

Lovely 6 day holiday. Carolyn was very helpful and attentive. The apartment is well kitted out and was clean with lots of towels for showering and the beach. Air Con in bedrooms and living room worked very well and there were ceiling fans in these rooms also which were very welcome.

A quiet location with a lovely pool which is close by. Great welcome from Carolyn who came to find us when we got lost after being delayed on our flight, thank you Carolyn. The apartment caters for most of what you will need for your vacation. Lovely walks along the canal. Good shopping facilities at Campoamor. Would recommend the Hidden Gem restaurant, Super breakfast and good evening menu with first class service. Just a small criticism - The furniture on the solarium could do with an upgrade and new pillows are required.

Pro's - Carolyn greeted us and the apartment was as clean as she could make it. Very friendly and helpful. Location is great and very close to the pool with easy parking. Carolyn and Vince sorted out an issue we had with the air con leaking very quickly. The apartments best feature is the roof top terrace by far, which is lovely to sit on in an evening. Lots of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc to use and a big fridge.Con's - the apartment is very tired and needs an upgrade. The kitchen and bathrooms are still the original ones which are at least 20 years old. The oven takes twice as long to cook as it should do. It was probably a lovely apartment once but now feels full of cheap old furniture. The beds were not very comfortable and the bedding was incredibly old and clearly washed hundreds of time as were the towels as they were so faded. I actually had to go and buy bedding and pillows as I couldn't sleep in it and the pillows were just full of cotton wool. When you are charging 100 per night as a minimum you could upgrade the bedding and towels each year. Some nice drawers would be helpful for clothes storage instead of plastic drawers inside the wardrobe and tiny bedside drawers. So little would be needed to invest in this apartment and make it deserving of the price charged.

Apartment location is great, communication and check in nice and easy, property manager very responsive to any issues, easy access to pool and all facilities required. Roof terrace is lovely in the sun. Would recommend.

Comfortable and good location

Very good holiday, clean modern and spacious accomodation, good location for the golf course, and local facilities, Zenia beach was also in easy reach. Definitely Reccomended.

Peaceful apartment with lovely pool

A lovely little apartment a short drive to anything you could possibly need. There are many lovely beaches to choose from all within 5-20mins drive away. The apartment had everything you need to be comfortable.

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Area

My wife and I spent a month in this great apartment and loved every minute of our stay. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked to return next year. The apartment is exactly as listed and for us the best aspect is the solarium. We also really enjoyed the location, with its proximity to the La Fuente CC and the canal, which enabled us to go on many long, flat walks.

Another great stay on Las Ramblas.The property, as I have reviewed before, is as advertised and is perfect for our needs.A little bit of constructive criticism - the property could do with a bit of TLC. The front bedroom and bathroom ceilings could do with painting and the sunbed cushions need replacing.We will be looking to return next year.

There were no sun loungers at the pool and no parasols allowed which is not good as i had breast cancer and need to use ine. You definitely need a car.

Lovely apartment

Fantastic stay at Las Ramblas. Apartment clean and had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. Met by Julie, lovely friendly lady who responded very quickly to any queries. There are steps up to the apartment and more up to solarium. Love this area and have been back several times. Car is essential to explore the area. Lovely canal walks and bike rental close by. Plenty of choice for eating out at La Fuente or Villa Martin Plaza. La Zenia only 8 mins in car. Several beaches to chose from.
