Sie werden es lieben, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu wohnen, in der Sie immer nur wenige Schritte vom Meer, dem Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt sind. Nach einem Tag am Strand kehren Sie in die Wohnung zurück, wo Sie sich ausbreiten und fernsehen, sich in der Klimaanlage abkühlen oder einen Drink trinken und zur Veranda gehen können, um die Wellen und das Ende des Tages zu beobachten.

Was ist in der Nähe:
Der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, ebenso wie der Pool. Der Coconut Grove Marketplace befindet sich etwa 100 Meter von dieser Wohnung entfernt und bietet mehrmals pro Woche Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und sogar kostenlose Hula-Shows. Nebenan befindet sich der Lava Lava Beach Club, in dem Sie mit den Füßen im Sand speisen, trinken und sogar spielen können. Etwa drei Kilometer die Autobahn hinauf befindet sich die historische Stadt Kapaa, in der Sie einmal parken und zum Strand gehen, essen, einkaufen oder sogar ein Fahrrad mieten können. Machen Sie einen Tagesausflug nach Hanalei, wo Sie die Aussicht auf die Fahrt ins Tal genießen können, wenn Sie sich dem Pier, dem Strand und mehreren Geschäften in dieser erstaunlichen Stadt nähern.

Already planning our next trip here

Liked: airport proximity, pool/bar, atmosphere, restaurants next door, ABC close by, central to things on both ends of the island, don’t need to leave here the whole time if you don’t want to Disliked: almost nothing, needs a few maintenance things done (a few spots of water damage in the plaster, cracks around doors)

The property was gorgeous. We loved being able to walk over to the Coconut Marketplace and grab dinner, then bring it back to eat by the pool or beach. Watching the sunrise on the beach every morning was also an incredible experience.

I really like the lanai and the grass area looking at the beach. It’s walking distance to the pool and ice machine is right across the way very convenient. We stayed three nights. It was wonderful. We definitely will come back.

Terrible property….Good location

Really a good location but this particular property in general is terrible to live with a family…Will recommend to stay at other place on this location itself.

Lush gardens. Quiet and serene. Interesting plants and trees. Beautiful birds entertain with various calls and songs-some beautiful roosters and chickens call the property home.The beach area is very nice for just sitting and relaxing

Perfect for our stay

The room was just right for me and my two younger adult daughters with 2 beds, bathroom, and kitchenette. The welcome baskets of lo al treats was a fun surprise! We could view the ocean and beautiful grounds from our lanai. We we're steps from the beach, pool, and Lava Lava Beach Club, as well as Coconut Marketplace. We would definitely return.

Quick Staff Communication

First day after checkin we had issues with the air conditioner not cooling. We messaged the staff and they sent staff over within 10 minutes! Thank you to the man who came that evening to help us! Property was clean and accurate to listing. Location was perfect next to the marketplace and not too far from the airport.

Nice unit but no coffee or filters!

Clean, renovated unit not far from the beach. The beds were comfortable. I was very surprised that there was no coffee or filters. The management company left sweets and a granola bar but are not contracted to provide coffee. There is a coffee shop nearby and grocery stores have filters... It was a disappointment though.

Do not rent this room! The resort overall was very nice but this is the worst room in the place. It was very wet and musty. The chairs were moldy, the surfaces were dirty. This was privately owned so we were not allowed any of the amenities of the other guests such as pool towels or washing machines. We were given 3 towels for 4 people for 5 days with no way to wash them. The shower had to no way of keeping the water in the designated shower area so the entire bathroom floored was flooded after each shower. We took pictures of the mold and several other things in the room and the only response was "we will pass this information along to management". We had another group staying at this same resort and their room was very nice so I do believe that the problem lies in this room and has very poor care takers.

The blinds were off the hooks so it was a little difficult to open the blinds. People came a day early to change the locks so perhaps a call or text to confirm date of departure would be helpful but overall beautiful location and great amenities. I would come back!

Loved the location of the property and the proximity to the beach. It is not a truly "beach facing" condo... but has beach view from the patio! This particular unit is a private unit... so you cannot expect the daily maintenance and other perks that come with renting a unit through the Condo complex. Also, there is no daily cleaning service or exchange of towels for the unit. So if you plan to stay for more than two days, you need to arrange for your own cleaning and other supplies. Except that drawback, this will be a perfect stay for a two-day stay!
