This welcoming apartment will make you feel at home from your arrival. Ultra bright and spacious, enjoy generous interior spaces including a 40m2 living / dining room (with a sofa bed), as well as 4 bedrooms with queen size beds, two shower rooms and WC. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern. The apartment has all the necessary equipment (broadband wifi, tv etc). All linens (bedding and towels) are provided.

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

- A security deposit of 1000€ is required, in the form of an online payment link.
- Access to the accommodation is denied in case of non-payment of the deposit (our cancellation policy still applies).
For stays of less than 5 nights, this amount is blocked.
For stays of 5 nights or more, this amount is debited.
If no damage is found in the accommodation, the security deposit is returned the day after departure.

In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied.

Self check-in, you will pick up the keys in a lockbox.

The district of Saint-Lazare is a high place of Parisian nightlife and entertainment with its bars, its restaurants, its theaters (Opera Comique, Folies Bergère, the Grand Rex ...) and its clubs. It is also the landmark of "afterworks" where employees of the neighbourhood come to relax after work. During his walk, the walker discovers beautiful buildings (Haussmann), wanders in Parc Monceau or rushes to the Opéra Garnier.
