This type of apartment is suited for two persons and is fully adapted to people with a disability. This apartment is situated on the ground floor at sunside. Wide doors, an adapted bathroom to every necessity: the shower has a seat and a rail, the sink has been placed at wheelchair height and there's a rail near the toilet as well. The apartment has a queen size bed in the living room, a bathroom with shower and sink, a toilet and an open kitchen. In the living room there's a comfortable couch where you can peacefully enjoy a flat screen television with a wide array of channels in different languages. The open kitchen is connected to the living room and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery and glasses.
