Great sister time, to make new memories and remember old ones. We went to the Military cemetery to pay respects to our brother. And those that served this country but never made it home and thanking those that did. Great little piece of comfort. Will most likely return on my own or with my spouse.

Perfect Place to stay.

This is the best place I have found to be able to be close to my sister on base. Right outside the visitor center so it made it super easy to grab a pass to enter base. Snacks made my kids happy upon arriving; and washing machine made me happy not to have dirty laundry to return.

Perfect location

The house was situated ideally to restaurants, highway, casino, and Fort Campbell. The home was exceptionally clean. The check-in and checkout process went smoothly and communication was timely and clear. My family would easily stay hear again.

2nd stay at a fantastic place.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and it is fantastic! We couldn't think of a better place to stay in the area. The property is super nice and very well kept. I appreciate the cleanliness of the home and accuracy of the property description, as it can be a hit or miss with vacation rentals. It makes for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend to visit my soldier

Very clean house! Perfect size, great backyard, the dogs loved it, and the best part was it was very close to Fort Campbell and just about everything! Definitely going to be booking again! The owner was very easy to deal with informative and make sure everything was perfect!

Fantastic experience

We rented this home to stay for a couple days to visit our son stationed at Fort Campbell. The home was so close to the base he was able to come stay the nights with us. The property was extremely clean and well cared for. The property owners were great with communication and even let us know of possible bad weather coming to the area. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Cozy and hospitable stay!

The owner is very easy to work with and communicated well. The house is well decorated, very clean and has all the nice touches for our stay. The owner provided little things like toothbrush set (this came in handy as our son forgot his toothbrush) and other bathroom essentials and a basket of snacks for us:) We will be back!

Looks better than it is

While the place was generally clean and had nice furniture and appliances, there was a strong cigarette smell and a bit of a roach problem in the kitchen area.

Hello Kelly and thank you for using our home for your visit and thank you for your review. It is very disappointing that you are not happy with the cleanliness of our home. As you can see from all the prior guest before you and all guest after your booking, they are very happy with our cleaning process. To respond to your review, we have it written in our house rules, "There is no smoking in the house." And no guest has ever complained about a smoke smell in our home. There were roaches seen in the house by our cleaners and the exterminator was call but he could not come out until Monday. You were called the day before your reservation when they were first observed and informed of the situation and that you could cancel your reservation and received a full refund (since your reservation was on a Friday and the exterminator could not come out until Monday), however, you declined this offer, and later you were compensated for your inconvenience by not have to pay for your additional guest and additional pet. We have fixed the roach situation and we hope that this does not stop you from reserving our home in the future.

Across the road from Fort Campbell

Thank you so much Mr Gary for allowing us to stay in your home. Your location was perfect. And communication with the owner was easy and timely, check in was a breeze. The only recommendation I have to him is a little more explanation that all three bedrooms are not automatically included with the rental. Originally I was under the impression that they were. Once we arrived we noticed that the third bedroom was locked. I contacted the owner and had a discussion about it. He was more than accommodating and allowing us to get the third bedroom for minimal extra cost. The location was great as it was directly across from Fort Campbell. The fenced-in backyard was very nice when having a dog. The kitchen was very well-appointed. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in town.

We are Gary and Alela. We are both retired military and we have been married for over 30 years. We have lived here in Clarksville for 16 years. We are from Michigan and Alabama respectively.

This home is located about 4 mins from Interstate 24 which is a major highway to Kentucky to the North and Nashville and Alabama to the South. I24 is also mins from exit 4 that has all the restaurants, Clarksville Mall, movie theater, and more.

This is a very quiet and small community (one way in and out) continually improving its' appearance. Some of the residence do not care for their property the way they should, but most do. Although security or safety can not be guaranteed, this neighborhood has been very safe.
