Simplicity has that "cabin feel" that you'll love, but it also has many of the modern-day conveniences of a brand-new home that we often miss when we're away from home. There is no need to totally "rough it" here."

This cabin has a very spacious and open floor plan. Simplicity is ideal for larger groups and/or multiple families that want to get away together. The total square footage is about 3200 sqft.

The living space comes with (2) Large Living Rooms, (2) full kitchens, it has (5) bedrooms and (3) bathrooms. The design and size will provide that extra space and easily accommodates larger groups if needed.

"Simplicity" is one larger shared space with an option of "two" separate/private but connected living spaces in one. There is one self-contained living space upstairs and one daylight self-contained living space below with a "lock-off" option in between. The cabin includes (2) complete kitchen setups. The areas can be enjoyed as full shared access for your group or completely locked off for a bit of separation or privacy with 2 separate spaces.

There's a lot of natural light, beautiful outdoor spaces, trees, and peekaboo views of Priest Lake. We're in Outlet Bay, located one block from the lake. We're only minutes to the water and a 5-mile drive to Hills Resort.

We don't have moorage or a dock currently available, but we do have plenty of room for you to bring your boat to launch either right here, "one block from the lake," or at one of the many other launches.
