Das Gerät 402 verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche für alle Ihre Unterhaltungsbedürfnisse. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten am Esstisch und in der Bar für ein traditionelleres Ambiente und im Wohnbereich für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Perfect beach getaway

Loved the property. Its in a great location in Orange Beach with plenty of restaurants around. I need to find out what kind of beds they have in the rooms because those were super comfortable.

Windward Pointe

Overall just a decent stay. Never saw anyone clean pools and kiddie pool was always dirty. No hair dryer, but otherwise most things we needed in kitchen. Could use updating - cabinets, doors, all showing wear and tear. Good views and large porch were nice.

Great location and close to stores

Everything was great! We did have the dryer stop working but they were prompt in fixing. We had a wonderful time and would go back to the Windward again.

Convenient and affordable

This was a nice unit at Windward Pointe and I love that it was on the fourth floor! Not too high up with an incredible view. The unit could use a new stove and a few updates, but overall for the rental price, it was fabulous!

Unfortunately the condo wasn’t cleaned very well. The balcony had piles of sand. The bathrooms could have been cleaned a lot better and could use some updating as well. The beds were comfortable. The furniture on the balcony needs replaced. We couldn’t even sit on most of it. But the view was great. The beach and pool were great too. Lots of restaurants and shops close.

We have been coming to Orange Beech for several years and I have to say that was the worst place we have ever stayed. Room was NOT clean we had to sweep when we got there walls and ceiling, and are filthy, sand and grime build t up around bathroom walls and bathtub. Patio furniture was severely stained, and cigarette burns in cushions

Great view

This was an amazing place. Room may need a fresh coat of paint here and there, and some blackout shades for the 2 bedrooms that have windows facing the outside hall. View is spectacular and watching the sun rise every morning on a deserted beach was fabulous.

Always lovely in Orange Beach

Sheets, bedding, and towels were very clean. The floor plan and view were great. However, I marked down to a 4 because cushions on 2 living room chairs and patio furniture were soiled and needed to be steam cleaned. Perhaps they will be cleaned or replaced by next season. We will definitely stay here again.

Fun and relaxing

It was great time with family young and older! Condo was nice and near stores and restaurants! Only thing which has nothing to do with condo but there were so many jellyfish we couldn’t get in ocean cause when we did we got stung. Guess this time of year was bad for them. But still had fun at pool and places around condo Would definitely stay again

Nice property. Condo needed a few things paid attention to. The outdoor pool is not heated. Pool deck could have been swept better and the outdoor stair wells need to be better cleaned. There was a leaking in one of the condo's above our unit and the property managers addressed the need quickly but that left our family due to the drying process they used and it was very noisy in our unit.

Not Good

Condo is outdated and for sale. I was asked to show the unit while we were on our vacation and the agent showed up late after a two hour window. I had to pull my daughter out of the shower and put my family on the balcony. I was also asked to show it a second time. How inconvenient and disrespectful of our time and money. My car was hit and run in the parking lot. The elevators were broken half the time. The bathrooms were gross and had minimal hot water. Very disappointed in this stay.

Beautiful week in Orange Beach!

Overall the property was nice and as described in the listing; however, there were a few disappointments when we arrived. First of all, I did not see any mention of paying for parking and for a group our size for a week, it added nearly $100 to our weeks expenses for two cars. Next, we were only left 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no extra trash bags. While I don't expect the owners to supply these items for the week, a little back-up is typical.. All in all it was a great week with pleasant accommodations and a spectacular view of the ocean. Checkin and Checkout were seamless and communication was good. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, especially knowing what to expect.

Just okay.

Remodeling noise in complex and adjoining complexes started at 8 AM.sewer odor in condo came and went entire week. Light in entry outside condo burned out, fixed on fourth day. Bulbs in light fixture over dining area missing and burned out.carpet in entire unit was filthy.dishes in kitchen cabinets must have been put up wet because there was mold on them. Sofa cushions were very dirty.dust refueling second bedroom was ripped and sagging on floor. Dresser in second bedroom was missing a drawer and another drawer bottom was in need of repair.kitchen trash can lid was broken. Dust and dirt along all the baseboards. Most of these things are cosmetic and could easily be remedied. The condo is in dire need of refreshing. The location is great and the condo complex exterior is well maintained.

Perfect spot - Pool AND Beach!!

We really loved our stay at this property. Yes, it could use some paint touch up and carpets cleaned, but we came for the BEACH. Great location - close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to the ball fields (as we were here for Softball Nationals). I would book this condo again.

It was dirty, wall outlets were difficult to use. Would not recommend this unit to anyone.

I was greatly disappointed in the overall condition of this unit, I will not recommend this this building to anyone!!

Rental review

We enjoyed our stay. Great view of the beach from the rental. Cleaning the carpet, cleaner furniture and painting/patching a couple areas on the walls would be nice. I think it helps people relax more. The dryer took a long time to dry towels, maybe due to venting.

Place was exactly like the pictures. Ocean view and you can actually hear the sound of the Ocean. We enjoyed our stay.

Beach location with a view

Great location! Spacious for family fun. The place is a little well used, but you are paying for the location. Some of the furniture is showing age. Property management was very responsive to a clogged drain report during our stay. Overall great for the price and access to beach.
